I liked everything, the room, how everything worked, the quiet Not much, the room is just a bit small, but it is typical for Paris

Shower had no door, water went everywhere.

Location, very good. Staff were kind and polite. I came early to leave my bags, but they also accomdated me letting me check in early! Very kind. The room was a bit overheated but I also didn’t call to adjust it.

The location is in front of. Gare de l'Est with buses parked right in front of windows, having the engine on all night,. Bars below also very noisy till morning...

Obviously the fact that it's 2 minutes from Gare Est is a plus. I very much enjoyed the energy of the concierge. The room was pleasant. Good seize for a single traveller. 1. The smell coming from the bathroom. 2. The marble counter of the sink right next to the toilet is a sharp edge and it's very easy to hurt oneself. It needs one of those rubber safety covers. It's dangerous. Look at the pictures. Thight space between the shower and sink. 3. It can be noisy depending on which floor you reside. I was on the first floor so lots of noise coming from outside on the first night.

Location because we only stayed for one night and need to be close to Gare de l’Est and Gare Du Nord. Smooth checked in and checked out. Friendly reception. Nothing

It was generally comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms were a bit poky but this was to be expected in Paris. There was only one big towel for a double room and 2 towels for a triple room, which was a bit bizarre.

This hotel exceeded our expectations when our daughter was stuck in Paris due to Snow on Monday night combined with a late Eurostar and local transport cancelled. We needed somewhere decent, safe, close to the station and not too expensive so booked a single room half an hour before she arrived. She actually had two double beds, fabulous reception after a long day travelling and I think we will now use when we stay overnight in Paris.
