The location is great! Very close to Gare del est station, 2 mins walk only. And about 8mins walk to Gare du nord!

This was my second stay at the hotel, and it became my most memorable one—not only because I was traveling with my son, who was visiting from Japan, but because of the exceptional kindness we experienced. Just before arriving in Paris, I developed a painful blister on the back of my ankle. By the time we reached the hotel, I knew I would need medical attention if I was going to enjoy our three days in Paris. Since I don’t speak French, I asked a young man at the front desk if he could help me find a doctor. He kindly made several calls for me, but unfortunately, none had an available appointment. Then the manager stepped in. Without hesitation, she began making calls herself and eventually found a clinic that could see me that afternoon at 3:00 p.m. I was incredibly grateful that she didn’t give up until she found a solution. Later, I learned that the young man who first helped me was her son. I was so touched by this mother-and-son team, both of whom went out of their way to help me during a stressful situation. I’m not confident that I remember their names correctly, so I would rather not mention them. I simply hope the hotel can identify them from my description and recognize them for their kindness and exceptional service. Their genuine care made a difficult situation so much easier, and it is something I will remember long after this stay. This is truly the kind of hospitality you don’t forget. Central not far from Gare de l’Est and Gare du Nord. I requested a room as far down as possible as I don’t like lifts and I was accommodated on the first floor which was brilliant. Everything was fine

The location is very convenient! There are a few ant in the bathroom.

Staff were very helpful and room was value for money. There was no mini fridge in the room which made it hard to keep things cool. No face washers provided throughout the stay and at times the room were cleaned later in the day (past 5pm) which meant we miss out on one days cleaning as we needed to have showers and be at dinner by a certain time. However, the concierge provided fresh towels upon request.
