Breakfast was good, with plenty of choice. The hotel is within easy walking distance of Gare du Nord for the Eurostar, and the staff were helpful throughout. The spa was a real plus. The heated pool was well done and felt like a proper feature of the hotel. The main guest lift was out of service. However, the back-up goods lift remained operational, and the management team were very attentive throughout. Particular thanks to Estelle.

Great room size and the location is very central but it can be very busy at night which may be a bit scary if you’re a women alone The was no fridge in the rooms which would have been great and the shower doesn’t have a door/ screen so the floor floods a little bit but it does get cleaned up quickly but this is bit annoying . Also the fact that we have to pay to use the pool and spa a few as a a guest is very crazy to me especially for the price and the fact that booking straws the room with spa access isn’t very clear at all. You do get a complimentary pass but not really make sense as a hotel guest and the that fact that’s lift didn’t work wasn’t great but overall good experience

Good location just access the street from the Gare de l’Est. Room was small but clean. Jay at the reception was very kind! It was really pricey for the size of the room! A tiny room…

Great location close to metro, train and bus stops. Close to some bars and restaurants and a short journey to the Republique area. The spa facilities were fantastic. Rooms were modern, clean and the staff were excellent.

I highly recommend for you or anyone to stay. It’s everything that you need, great Location, the spa is excellent with a wet sauna and a dry sauna and a spa. Excellent place to go and visit Paris. Thank you Hotel Este No fridge in room

A few items in the room were not working properly. Spa's availability.( I called early afternoon and spa wasn't available till the next morning)
