The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was large and clean, and the windows were very good at blocking noise from the busy street outside (we stayed in a room on the second floor facing the street). A fan was also provided to keep us cool and there were always staff at the front desk. The location of the hotel was very convenient because of its proximity to two major train stations and the metro. Everything was as I expected it or better.

The location. A stone throw to the gare de l'est Everything. A strong smell of sewage Dirty - very dirty If you reach the property early, you have to pay 10€ per each bag for them to keep your bags where they keep their trash. Must leave keys at the reception everytime you leave. Very bad hygiene. I fell very sick there. You can hear your neighbor flushing their toilets and smell it as well. Very noisy neighborhood The worst, inhumane staff. The lift works till 3rd floor and if you have heavy luggage, carry them yourself. The worst place I have stayed. Don't go there. This place should close.

Very Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Money Unfortunately, our stay was far from satisfactory. The bed in the room was dirty, which was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable. Despite the outside temperature being around 35°C, there was no adequate ventilation or cooling in the room. There was only a very small fan, which was practically useless and did not provide enough airflow to make the room comfortable. We informed the staff about the issue, but instead of trying to find a solution, they simply refused to provide any further assistance or facility. The location is good, but even that could not make up for the overall experience. At night, even with the windows closed, the noise from buses and their horns repeatedly disturbed our sleep. Considering the price we paid, this hotel is nowhere near worth the money. We genuinely did not expect this level of service and room conditions from a property booked through Booking.com. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel, especially considering the price.

Excellent window view, super location near real stations and not far from channels

Maybe good to ask people staying in the hotel to be quiet, and careful.with closing doors, as the rooms.are.small and noise travels easily. A small info sheet would possible help.to.ask guests to be mindful of other guests.
