Hilton Bali Resort

One of the biggest advantages of staying in a villa is the access to the Executive Lounge. The villa area also offers a much calmer and quieter atmosphere, which was especially important for us as a couple traveling without children. Another big plus is the early breakfast, starting at 6:30 AM. This gives you the opportunity to start your day early, reserve a beach spot in front of the ocean, and enjoy a peaceful morning swim before the resort becomes busier. After around 10:30 AM, the atmosphere changes considerably, with more families, children, and general activity around the resort. There is construction taking place near the hotel, but honestly, we did not find it nearly as noisy as some previous reviews suggested. In our experience, the noise from children and general resort activity was more noticeable than the construction itself. The staff also exceeded our expectations. They were extremely attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming throughout our stay. The location is another major advantage. For us, traveling by scooter, it was particularly convenient, giving us easy access to explore the surrounding area. Overall, after doing extensive research before booking, I can say that our decision was absolutely right. For couples looking for a quieter and more private experience, I would definitely recommend choosing a villa.

Lovely luxurious resort perched on a cliff with five-star facilities. The pools are amazing and family friendly with kid safe pools and water slides. The breakfast was good with a large variety of Asian, Indian, Western and Indonesian. There are other restaurants and cocktail lounges also available on site. The hotel was being used as a destination wedding location while we were there, and the arrangements were so beautiful. The views of the sea are beautiful from everywhere in the resort especially the top floors, and the pool views are also lovely. There is direct access to a private beach. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms were modern decorated and had access to a balcony. The beds were very comfy. Overall, a luxurious experience and perfect for families with young kids! The hot water ran out the first day, but they quickly fixed it the next day.

Food and resort experience. Rooms were a bit prone to external noise

The resort is beautiful, but the biggest asset is the amazing staff. Everyone was extremely helpful, friendly and pleasant. A special shoutout to Dedi and Riani from The Shore restaurant and to Ardi from Elara restaurant for the outstanding service during our stay. It really makes a big difference and we wouldn’t have felt as welcome and comfortable without the presence if such extraordinary staff. Just a few minor points regarding the all inclusive terms that could be reconsidered: 1. For some reason, unlimited drinks for all-inclusive guests start at noon, if you want to drink a coffee at 11am you may be asked to pay… 2. It should be transparent during the all inclusive booking process that the snack bar and Japanese restaurant are not included, we only learned that on arrival 3. Quite a few dishes are not available to all-inclusive guests in a la carte restaurants

Overall, I had a great stay at the Hilton Bali Resort. The property is beautiful, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of variety. the food at the other restaurants. Other than the buffet, I couldn't find a restaurant with food that I truly enjoyed. The Aperol Spritz, mimosas, and wines were very good, but the margaritas and most of the cocktails were disappointing and lacked flavor.

The resort is beautiful and very family-friendly. It is highly recommended for families with children. The swimming pools are amazing, with so many options to choose from that kids will never get bored. The facilities are very complete, so once you are there, you don’t really need to go anywhere else. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. My child absolutely loved staying here. The biggest disappointment was the check-in process. We only received our room at 4:00 PM, which felt far too late, especially considering that check-out time is 12:00 PM. While most staff members were polite, I noticed that some seemed warmer and more attentive to foreign guests. Also, not all staff greeted guests when passing by.

The options that were available for kids. The pools were amazing. The location was amazing. The staff was was so helpful. Nothing as such. Just would be good to have some more options for food.

The staff are amazing The food variety with 5 restaurants. The slide at the swimming pool. The kids club is also amazing and give you baby sitting services for extra charges,I used it and all baby sitters are professional and amazing. I didn't like the construction beside the hotel, however the hotel give me 1 hour spa services as a compensation. It was a good and appreciate their way of appreciation. Monkeys give you frequent visits at your balcony. The terace room is not a good option as approx 50% of the room size taken in the terrace for actually no benefits for me.

Loved the 1 bed room suite and especially the exterior design on the pool, it was even better than my expectation. The hotel is well maintained. All the staff is really helpful. My daughter didnt wanna go home, she really enjoyed her time here, especially the pool. Breakfast was delicious. Thanks for the warm welcome for my babymoon holiday. Trully memorable. Maybe the in room dining can have more variety for the menu.

Maybe just making the delivery of items more convenient as the resort is huge

This resort is exceptional in many ways! It is a little bit older but well-maintained, its garden and pool area are stunningly beautiful. Breakfast (buffet) is one of the best I have ever had, staff is very polite and accommodating. Semi-private beach with free loungers (where we never had problems to get one). Cool bars (especially Elara) with gorgeous views of the sea. Very tasty cocktails (which were cheaper during happy hour) and a la carte food. Spacious room and bathroom, nice patio (viewing the small temple that can be found inside the resort). There is a construction site next door, which you do not hear or see in most areas, at least not from the pool area or rooms looking away from it. Paying a deposit (1 million IDR a day = 50 EUR) in order to be able to order food and beverages on your room bill appears slightly inappropriate (for a 5 star resort). Gym is okay, but has seen better days. Number of showers in the pool area limited. Beach is nice, but swimming in the sea isn't that much fun (also because of the trash floating in the water).

The breakfast was 10/10 absolutely amazing and one of the best breakfast buffets I have seen and I have been to over 100 countries and stayed mostly in way more upmarket hotels. Everything healthy available. The only missing is a fresh juice station, they have only 1 fresh juice option the rest is packaged concentrate. Staff is very kind The beach is not that beautiful, doesn't look like in the photos. The room was not clean, black hair in the showers and I am blonde. Most uncomfortable pillows I have ever seen, big and bulky, I could not sleep on them. Duvet too thin... there is a huge construction next door

Room was very good with a beautiful view; bed comfortable. The staff very atentionated and friendly. The ocean water was dirty sometimes and it would be good to have some night activities after diner: show, dancing club.

The location was peaceful and quiet complete with amenities and activities for a relaxing day! I wish you got nespresso coffee makers in the room
