The floor tiles in the bathroom are a little bit old and have sharp edges. I've cut myself twice in it, but no issue if you are in holiday, because with moments likes this, it heals faster.

Very comfortable room and lovely pool area. Boutique hotel feeling and nice gardens, with bikes available to borrow to get out. Massage on site and nice breakfast with friendly staff. Not so walkable to any high street areas or nice beaches and in the middle of many large hotel resorts so we found the location meant we felt a bit stuck inside the hotel but taking a grab it’s very easy to get into the town areas

The staff were very helpful and extremely friendly. The grounds were well kept. Our bathroom was very disappointing, it looked dirty, mouldy, rusty.

We had a one-bedroom apartment with private swimming pool in a yard. We absolutely loved the serenity and privacy of all. A hiding gem. It feels so beautiful and peaceful, we could completely relax and enjoy the beauty of the surrounding environment. Due to the heavy rain, the bathroom had leakage problem. We spent long time getting rid of water in bathroom. Also, the room is very damp, the beddings feel damp as well.

The staff was amazing, celebrated a birthday here as well and everyone was really nice. Everything was clean, had a water dispenser on the property so we never had to worry about clean drinking water. The food from the restaurant was really good!

Location - quiet and close to Nusa Dua beaches and the south Uluwatu area, but also easy access to Kuta and Changu. Also easy and relatively fast to reach the airport. Initially, we were shown some rooms that were smelling of damp, which we refused due to my wife's health condition. We had to wait a couple of hours and were then given the ground floor of a villa, which was excellent! I think the accommodation apartments need a refurbishment! 'Free' Shuttle bus to the beach starting at 11:00 AM? C'mon! This is a joke!

Boutique hotel in beautiful green surroundings . Our room was lovely , great air conditioning , big bathroom . The restaurant is small and overlooks the pool but we got a table easily. Breakfast & dinner was delicious . There is a shuttle that will take you to the beautiful beaches. It is a little way out of the centre but an easy taxi ride. We also used the spa and had a massage . Afterwards they served us tea and cakes in the restaurant ! The best thing about this hotel is the staff they cant do enough for you even packed us a breakfast as we had an early flight and had to check out at 5am . We would definitely stay here again ! That we didnt stay longer !

Very welcoming and polite staff. Beautiful garden of the hotel with a nice tropical vibe. The pool was nice and not busy. We did not have any geckos or insects in the room. We had free shuttle transfer to the beaches (Geger and Megniat) or the Bali collection mall at 11h, with return pickup times at 15h and 18h. The breakfast was good with a couple of options. The staff tried their best to accomodate us with a special allergy request (gluten). When you arrive you get a welcome drink and a voucher for a 15 minute massage, which you can upgrade. After the massage you are treated with cake and tea. The bathroom could be renovated. There are some stains and a smell of mold.

Spacious villa, good location, friendly staff Property needs a bit of maintenance, can tell it is a bit old. When I went in the room first time smelled a bit mouldy and needed to leave the windows open for a while

Grounds beautiful, lobby beautiful,wonderful reception, free 15massage amazing, free mountain bike to use. reception staff and all staff very friendly. The receptionist staff were very helpful and responded quickly to any requests. However, the onsite restaurant was less than stellar, the dishes we ordered were tasteless and continental breakfast breads were dry and old tasting. The shower leaked , no drain on floor so water everywhere. Spa was nice but expensive . If they just made a few tweaks the place would be very nice.

Comfy bed, mature, well kept garden, decent breakfast Very dated, leaky shower all over floor even though a barrier was already added, missing balcony railing, child can fall theough from first floor,old furniture, wardrobes need to be locked by key otherwise door opens blocking the way, thin walls, no privacy on balcony, tiny pool. I was shocked, how overpriced this was at 1.1 million per night.

Size of the room and bed Indonesian food Room: Not well maintained Dusty smell Empty bottles of soap. When we gave feedback to the staff they pretended we lied and went back to the room to check.. and then asked if we are the ones who finished the bottle ! So disrespectful No slippers, no iron. Breakfast: very poor options Most probably store bought frozen pancakes they could not even reheat properly and were served cold with some parts still frozen
