The location is very convenient. The breakfast is good and offers a decent variety. However, the fruit runs out quickly and isn't always replenished promptly. Overall, the hotel is nice, but it feels quite dated and would really benefit from a renovation.

My sister and I spent just over a week at Vouk and had a wonderful stay. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed—special thanks to Rizal, the porter, whose friendly greeting set the tone. Every member of the team, from reception to housekeeping and the breakfast staff, was consistently kind and helpful. We loved starting our days with laps in the pool or simply unwinding by the water, and we made good use of the gym as well. The breakfast buffet offered a generous variety of options, and our room was always spotless and comfortable. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We look forward to returning soon! Everything was fantastic. If I could offer one small suggestion for breakfast, it would be to include alternative milk options—such as oat, soy, or almond milk—for coffee, muesli, and dried fruits. Just a minor enhancement that could make an already great experience even better.

Vouk was a pleasure to stay at. The rooms were neat and clean and had all the amenities you needed - iron, cotton robes, slippers, hair dryers, bathroom necessities, etc. Staff was so friendly and lovely. Breakfast was yummy and presented well. In room menu was great. They had so many different activity areas - swimming pool, bar, kids rooms, karaoke, spa. Its great for someone who is going for a short stay because you wont have to leave the hotel. Its also great for someone who wants to host a budget friendly location wedding/occasional party as they have conference/ball room and private party areas. And its near Bali Collection where u can go shopping, and nearby Balicopter tours and paragliding venues, so you dont have to spend hours in a car. There is a shuttle that also takes you to the Geger beach. We also ate at the Indian restaurant at the hotel - authentic taste and great atmosphere. this isn't a down point - just a tip - I would suggest taking your own hair shampoo and conditioner as the Bali weather dries your hair out, and the hotel shampoo doesn't soften your hair as much.

It’s a lovely hotel. Fairly clean and in a good area. Breakfast was good, they served buffet with good variety. The water was cold to warm. Never had hot water

Staff are friendly and helpful Pool is large with lots of space to swim and play games Beds are comfortable and so are pillows The rooms were not clean, musty smell in room, buffet breakfast is very basic and had to fight with flies, not hygienic, overall not impressed, need to lower their rating as their are multiple 5 star Grand Accommodation in Nusa Dua

Friendly staff and try to follow up my stay to be comfortable. Room is too aged and smell bad from aircon, very musty. Balcony is very dirty and sofa is even broken, not for relaxing at all. Hair dryer was broken and smell burned when I used, gradually stop blowing…it shouldn’t state as 5 star hotel.

The staff that we saw were very nice and welcoming. The rooms were big and spacious. It was very empty, not many guests or staff. The facilities do not feel 5 star nor do the rooms that are run down and bathroom had rust and mould. Not family friendly. They also have an issue with monkeys in the area so we did not feel safe using the balconies.
