The buffet breakfast was one of the best I ever seen/had. There were small bugs in my room if I left any food out.

The breakfast not meet high standards compared with other high brand hotels, also there are no second room preparing (house keeping)like high end hotels , and no 5 star touches like cake of chocolate

The Property is kept very clean, immaculate and groomed. The bed was like on a cloud 9. Staff were very polite,curteous and accomodating. Food is excellent especially at the Cafe for buffet breakfast, so many quality choices unlike many hotel throwing 'breeakfast included' with a crappy one. Facilities and activities at the resort were very varied, cater to different age categories. Some services are payable now with very high prices, For example tennis court usage you have to pay and the hair brading service you also have to pay. Overall it was a great stay!

Upon arrival, the grounds were vast and the size impressive! - We loved our lagoon access room. Staff we found to be friendly and knowledgable. Breakfast buffet exceeded expectations. Coming from another 5 star hotel in Seminyak we really noticed how dated the rooms at the Mulia are. TV's don't have streaming capability, which ten years ago would be fine but it needs to be updated. Land line phones in room were yellowed from age. The pillows were very high which caused me to have a stiff neck. Pools, which stunning have no monitor on reserving beds. We were at the pool daily from 7:30am and 90% of the beds were reserved with other guests things. On one occasion, a mother and her daughter couldn't find a place to sit and we told the lifeguard that someone had not shown up to their bed since before 7:30am (it was now midday) they did allow the mother and daughter to use the bed after this but it needs to be better monitored. There was also no way to order food to the poolside tables (no QR codes) and only one restaurant open for lunch so you're forced to relinquish your seat. If this was an option, we were not made aware. Unfortunately, our toilet smelled of urine the whole time. I don't know whether this was a cleaning product but it was very unpleasant.

Great for kids and families; large with a lot of different pools/facilities so it doesn’t seem crowded. Staff is friendly and facilities are really great Breakfast is okay, not amazing

1.) Super clean and well maintained facility, 2.) extremely friendly and caring staff -always welcoming and attentive 3.) large selection of pools & clean and calm 4.) amazing kids club, high care and focus, my kids loved it 5.) sense of safety and hotel team cares about slip hazard and manages rain - fantastic 6.) selection of restaurants and quality of food 7.) live music was great! These are recommendations- not dislikes: 1.) There is no need to charge for floatables in kids pool- unnecessary for the quality and service compared to what hotel would earn 2.) more water availability around the hotel would be nice 3.) a ring service to Nusa Dua downtown on hourly basis could be nice 4.) nothing much to do for kids after 6pm- a small arcade or similar location could bring some joy for kids

The hotel is in a perfect location, the facilities were really good.. the staff were all so helpful & friendly, I was really impressed with the way we were looked after. Elements of the rooms are getting a little dated, for example no smart tv.. normally I wouldn’t mention this but for a 5 star hotel with the price tag.. I would expect everything to be up to date.

The view, the calmness, the staff, the facility. Especially the beach is exclusive only to mulia. Also the morning buffet. May be a slight mini bar at optional service could be kept there, so that tempted ones can use it.

The breakfast buffet food was not hot , due to inadequate heating or lids , the coffee and tea offered was cold and stale and ordering a specific coffee was a nightmare, these things need to be addressed . The pricing water was expensive.
