I enjoyed the beautiful scenery throughout the resort, the excellent facilities, and the spaciousness of the room. The property is exceptionally well maintained (except room carpets), offering a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. The generous room size added significantly to the overall comfort of the stay. The main disappointment was the food. I found the taste and quality of many dishes on the dinner buffet to be below expectations for a luxury resort, and I did not enjoy most of the options available. The breakfast buffet was noticeably better, offering a wider variety of choices and a more satisfying overall experience, however, it can be better. In addition, the carpet in the room did not appear to be as clean as expected, which slightly detracted from the otherwise high standard of accommodation.

Check in and welcoming were very nicely done. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. The rooms were large and comfortable. The grounds were beautiful. They had a great breakfast. The service to prepare lounge chairs and make us comfortable at the beach and pool was very nice as well. There was not much to do at the property, requiring the planning of excursions. The beach itself was just okay. We could go in the water, but there seemed to be no fish or live coral, so there was no snorkeling and the waves were not conducive to surfing.

We liked the resort facilities, rooms, and very welcoming staff throughout our stay. The location and soft sand beach were amazing. The preparations made for our anniversary celebration were unique and beautiful. We liked almost everything in our stay. One improvement is to add a kids club with kids play area to make the stay perfect for all ages.

From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable and the attention to detail unmatched. We were celebrating our anniversary, and the team went above and beyond to make it incredibly special. Their thoughtful gestures and warm hospitality made us feel truly valued. The location is stunning, the villa was incredibly luxurious, and every corner of the resort feels like paradise. I believe the property was built in 2008, but the whole ambience of the place still feels very warm, very homey, the property is huge, but doesnt feel overwhelmed by it. It was very comfortable, one of the best hotel i have ever stayed. I am in love with their mini baguette for breakfast, and their sunday brunch was also amazing. Big big than you to Pak Edi & Pak Rahmat for making sure that we have everything we need during our stay, and for Ibu Suarna at the children learning center for helping the kids making tons of arts & crafts. The faucet water smells a bit like metal especially in room 606. Maybe they need to change the pipe, other than that, everything else is perfect.

Absolutely beautiful property and well-appointed rooms. Lovely and warm service, including the above-the-top fabulous butler service The first day our AC unit was too cold but they came and fixed it promptly. Also the water in the shower and sink was not very warm, but they came to fix it.

The territory is very green and big. Huge pool with sea water. very good service. the bed was not very comfortable for me. the mattress and pillows were too hard
