CSI Group - Hotel Central Station

Good location, right next to Milan Central Station and airport bus stops. Clean room and clean hotel. Helpful staffs. We liked the place for the price, and we just needed to sleep for a night during our travel.

Great convenient location 2 minute walk from the train station Milano Centrale and right by the airport shuttle buses. Very clean and has everything you would need for a solid stay. Exceptional value.

The location near the train station was convenient for a short stay. The check-in process was smooth, and the room was suitable for an overnight stop. The building is shared with multiple hotels on different floors, which can be a bit confusing. We only stayed one night, so it was difficult to fully evaluate all aspects.

It was very difficult to find in a 6 story building with 9 hotels or guest rooms similarly named

Inside the room, all necessities were provided, which was good. Besides, the location was perfect in reaching the metro, train station, and buses to the airport. Getting in and leaving the building was a bit "tricky". It took me some time to find the button to open the main entrance door. What is more, I wasn't pleased that the cleaning lady had entered my room even though I had not requested any such service.

The bed was not the best and may need to be replaced soon.

Good location by train station Centrale. Staff were very nice. Unfortunately room 118 is right next to the breakfast area, and the wall in the room (with little or no insulation to muffle sound) is up against the coffee and other food machines. They are working 24/7, and are constantly self cleaning, which noise is heard in that bedroom throughout the night, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The other rooms may be fine. Bed itself was comfortable and clean.

The hotel’s location was excellent, just a 2-minute walk from Milano Centrale metro station. The staff were very helpful, kind, and welcoming throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The price was very good and definitely worth it.

Seemed nice and clean, very convienent location near the train station. No complaints.

We were very happy we chose CSI The hotel is newly renovated, modern, conveniently located near the central station and the bus to Malpensa airport is right in front of the hotel. The room was very comfortable and sparkling clean. You get a few bathrooms necessities including slippers, and toothbrush and toothbrush paste. Free espresso in the lobby was a nice bonus. There was no hot water on occasion in the evening. However once we asked they fixed it.
