Great location close to the market and train station!

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was just what we needed for the night between arrival by train and departure by air. Could not have been more convenient.

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The location is excellent, especially for access to Milano Centrale, and the staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working during our stay, which was a significant issue given the very hot weather. We were not informed about this before arrival, despite air conditioning being advertised as one of the room facilities. The staff provided us with a fan, which we appreciated, but it was not an adequate replacement for air conditioning in the summer heat. Had we known beforehand, it may have affected our decision to book.

Nothing. Don’t stay here. There were stains on the comforter. The pillows were so uncomfortable. There was a weird smell in the room. There was a leak on night 2 of our stay from the AC unit. They barely apologized and didn’t do anything to help. It kept us up all night and they could care less. Avoid staying here!

Great character, close to the station for an overnight stop off. Staff were super nice and we loved the Pokemon decorations. Slightly clearer street sign might be helpful

Everything from beginning to end was wonderful. The staff is so welcoming. The room is clean, comfortable, and the air conditioner works great, which is a plus in summer. Only 4 minutes walk from Milano Centrale train station. Highly recommend!

Location Staff The towels were not clean we found hair on them, the bathroom was not that clean as it should, the shower needs to be changed. Small room.

The good points are that the hotel is very close to Milano Centrale, the room was cleaned every day, and the air conditioning worked well. However, those were pretty much the only positives for us. The hotel is located on the fourth floor of a building that contains several different hotels. The elevator is extremely old and quite rusty. We also did not feel completely comfortable with the security of the building. The main entrance door can be opened simply by pressing a button from outside, and because the hotel is very close to the train station, there are sometimes questionable people around the area at night. When entering the building, we did not feel that there was much control preventing someone from simply following us inside, there is not security at the entrance. The biggest issue, however, was the attitude of one member of staff, an older woman who appeared to be the manager or owner. On one occasion, we politely asked another employee at reception if we could use the microwave to prepare some instant noodles. She kindly told us that we could. A few moments later, this woman came over and started speaking very loudly and rudely to the receptionist in front of us in. She then took over while our food was being heated and handed it back to us in a very unfriendly manner. The whole interaction made us feel extremely uncomfortable. If guests are not allowed to use the microwave, that is completely fine, but the staff should simply communicate that clearly and politely instead of creating such an unpleasant situation. At the end of our stay another staff member tried to make us stay for "free tea" to get a good review from us but we left. Unfortunately, because of the way we were treated, I would not recommend staying here. Location and cleanliness are important, but hospitality and respectful treatment of guests are just as important.

The room was clean, the location is perfect. The toilet seat was broken but the maintenance person fixed it after a while. the double bed was too small, bathroom shower head was dirty and generally the toilet was a bit small
