Great location opposite central station and perfect for meeting point for our booked tour. Friendly staff, clean room and good breakfast. We loved the old-style lift too! Happy with everything during our two-day break.

Everything about my stay was great. The location was convenient, the room was comfortable, and overall I had a very positive experience. The staff was very friendly. The only issue was the towel I received—it had an unpleasant smell and had hair on it, which made it seem like it hadn’t been properly cleaned. Other than that, everything was perfect and I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a 1-night stay before an early morning train.

Cleanliness and location The Air condition in the room was cutting off every 30 min , this made the room warm and therefore our sleep was compromised considering it was extremely hot

Clean,good location near train station. Staff is very polite. Lift is not working sometimes is very old, the street is I’ll night noise, but if you closed the window is ok.

Close to the train station (4-5 min walking) which is really convenient. Also, there are restaurants, shops around. And easy to reach Duomo Cathedral (only 4 metros stations). The old school lift is amazing ! I’ve already been there in April 2022 (for one night) and I’ve liked it a lot too. Nothing.

The room was comfortable and clean The staff were very nice. The reception staff were extremely supportive I didn't like the building entrance and the elevator.
