Great location, very close to Milano Centrale which is very convenient for people like me who travel with train. The room was spacious, very clean and modern. Nothing, everything was great.

The location next to the train station and the staff. If you are visiting Milan in August, I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing. Several essential facilities were not working, including the air conditioning, television, some of the lights, and the telephone to reception. With no air conditioning, we had to try to sleep using a fan, which was extremely uncomfortable. At around 11 p.m., the proposed solution was to move us to another hotel. While we appreciated the attempt to resolve the situation, the alternative room had a small bed rather than a double bed, and the hotel was not conveniently located near the train station. We had specifically booked this hotel because of its proximity to the train station for our travel plans. Overall, the experience was very frustrating and fell well below the standard we expected. I would not recommend this hotel, particularly during the summer months when working air conditioning is essential.

Great location, less than 5 minutes’ walk from the train station. The staff were very helpful and explained everything about the hotel when we arrived. They also kindly allowed us to drop our luggage off early, which was really useful. The breakfast was great, and the beds were really comfortable. Overall, a lovely stay and excellent value for the location.

Location was good Hotel rooms were well worn, filthy walls. It didn’t feel clean. No iron. Strange way to enter room… Have to take 2 tiny elevators to get to room. Only one plug to charge phones etc.

Excellent location to the main train/metro station. It was very hot during our stay and the air con in the room was greatly appreciated. Perfect for a short stay in Milan.

Location to Central Station was great. No tissues or paper cups in to room.

The man on reception when we arrived was absolutely great. Really friendly and professional. The location was great as just a five minute walk from Milano Centrale. Beds were comfy and it was air conditioned thankfully. Quiet. The room was a little shabby with damaged ceilings and marks on a lot of the walls. There were no tea or coffee making facilities. This would have been fine at a cheaper rate, however, the week before we stayed in another hotel in Milan, also close to the station, and for a slightly higher price, it was much, much, nicer with better facilities. So overall, not great value for money and there are better places to stay for a similar price.

位置比较方便好找，就在火车站附近，不过我们第一天去的时候被安排到了一个空调坏掉的房间，热得一晚上没睡，第二天只能换去更低一档有空调的房间，但是当晚洗澡又没有热水……不过前台还是在积极帮我们解决问题吧 酒店旁边有一家特别便宜实惠的早餐店！推荐大家去吃哦！

The room was nice for 3 persons. Sheets and bathroom clean. The staff was nice It needs renovation. Walls and carpet were dirty. Mold in the bathroom. Great location

The only reason we took this property is because of its location No ventilation and no air condition in scorching heat Did not sleep the entire night after a long flight from overseas The shower room was leaking and water all over No hot pot for even a cup of team

Amazing location, 2 minutes walk to the station and nearby subway aswell as trams. Very convenient. For the price you get a really modern, friendly good vibe hotel. Bathroom was really nice to, nice big shower, full length mirrors throughout the room. A great experience overall and the staff we're very friendly and welcoming.
