The location in Polanco is exceptional. Easily walkable to dining, nightlife shopping, parks, and museums. The building itself is so beautiful and historic; the rooms are well appointed. And that Honesty Bar - what a gem. I found the staff to be truly warm and welcoming. When I return to Polanco, I'll stay here again.

There was extensive road work being done outside of the hotel. The work took place at night which resulted in very loud noise and bright lights, this disturbing our sleep. Every night. Honestly I think the hotel should have taken this into consideration and provided us a much reduced rate.

Centrally located, historic building modern twist, security 24/7. Loved it No elevator and few spaces to organize your luggage and no chairs in the Franklin room

We had a wonderful stay at UTOPIC Campos Eliseos. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and happy to help. The room was also spotless, thoughtfully designed and very comfortable. The location is near restaurants and other hotels yet in a relatively quiet part of town that feels calm and relaxed. The breakfast was perfect for us. It was not a big buffet like you might find at a large hotel, but it included everything you need to start the day well. If you are looking for a place that combines boutique charm, comfort, and location, this is the perfect place for you.

Everything was excellent. I would highly recommend.

Room was a bit small, no slippers in the room

Absolutely. Ridiculous. There was construction everywhere. The noise was unbearable and they should be renting those rooms under these conditions and the top of it. I had to pay $350 to cancel their liars and it should definitely give money back. I had to find another Place, which was the easiest on Friday night, so I sat outside with my husband and six bags for six hours on the side of the road to try and find a place

Loved the hotel and will be back. I live in San Miguel de Allende but love to visit CDMX when i need to get to the city. The whole vibe of the hotel was fun and fresh. The staff is SUPERB - from the door man, to the front desk and the housekeeping staff. Jonathan and Edward were great We stayed in the Frida room and it was just too small for 2 people. it had a king-sized bed with about 1.5 feet on each side. i would not stay in that room again -- it's good for 1 person. Not the hotels' fault - it was mine for booking that room. Perhaps a QUEEN bed would be more sensible for that room...

Great house, great location The lobby area is cold and the breakfast/ bar not nice. Breakfast choices can be better

staff was simply fantastic! always looking for ways to make problems go away. Warm and friendly! The room was a disaster! we arrived and there was no power in the room, no tv, no wifi, no fan (we knew there was no ac). The front desk person ended up fixing it only to discover that the room had the smallest window that can exist and no other way to have air circulating the room.... the little fan was useless! While the temperature outside and all around the house was incredibly pleasant, our room stayed at 80 degrees and humid! the shower is in the room and again no ventilation. The room "Franklin" should not offered to customers, as simple as that. We assume that other rooms had better windows and clearly more space. Franklin was simply a closet, making our stay very miserable! what a shame

Loved our stay. Welcoming staff, immaculate space, super location.

The space was really beautiful and unique. The furnishings and decorations were very appealing and it was all very comfortable and inviting (loved the ear plugs and the scented lavender spray). The common areas to hang out were cool and not congested. It was in a great location. -Reliance on security guard to enter. One night we stood out there for a long time waiting and trying to get someone to come to the front gate. -The rooms (without an upgrade) are much smaller than they appear in the picture and standard rooms don't have a desk to work at. I wouldn't suggest booking for a business trip if you need a space in your room to get work done. -The free breakfast was pretty insufficient and was not set up at the time they had told us it would be. -No AC
