Property is very nice managed, quiet, clean and strongly recommend for families specially. Location is excellent and very safe to walk around. Too many restaurants and cafes available with all types of foods. Staff were very polite and corporative in all respect.

I’ve stayed here a couple of times, always had a great time, location is great! The room could use an upgrade, it’s a little outdated but not a problem at all, breakfast it’s good it’s continental breakfast and it pretty good, staff are very friendly!

The room smelled really good. The location was really good too. You can hear everything from the other room, we could hear other people conversations. It is being renovated. And the breakfast was so bad, the eggs were cold and there was not variety.

The overall property is good, and very well situated in Polanco. It's going through construction, and there's a lot of noise. The staff were okay, but didn't go out of their way to provide great service. We checked in after 3pm and had to wait for our room. The restaurant was also under construction, but the temporary makeshift solution seemed to work. The restaurant staff were good.
