The location was wonderful and the room was comfortable I had to stand in line for 45 minutes to check out! There was no option for automatic checkout.

the restaurants Hotel is very old, it needs big renovation remote control on TV didn't work and they took long time to bring another one, but the new one also had problems Impossible to connect to the music device next to bed Very old and obsolete music box next to TV the carpet look not proper, not clean

It was nice No pool area. Or even an area to just relax in the Mexican sun to start the day. I had to pay at the spa to sit in a jacuzzi ?

Location is great! We have stayed here twice in the last 4 months, the forts time felt like we were staying in an upscale property. The second time it was more a 2 star property.

Everything went perfect. Great hotel staff, however, breakfast is the only thing that does not goes with the place, terrible food quality and offering. Not worth paying at all.

My room was located adjacent to the gym and there was constant disturbance from early in the morning and a constant sound from the machines. I did not understand why I was allocated a room on this floor ( 11th ) when the hotel seemed large and not necessarily at full capacity. the room I was allocated was anything but peaceful

We loved everything about this hotel. The location was excellent and the staff was super friendly. So many restaurants on site made it easy for us when we didn't want to leave the hotel and for grabbing breakfast before leaving for the day. We loved being able to walk around the Polanco neighborhood. We found the bar staff and the concierge to be particularly lovely and both really enhanced our stay. We were disappointed that we weren't able to get connecting rooms, though they did find rooms close together. Also, the shower took FOREVER to warm up, which wasn't a big deal but surprising for a hotel of this caliber.
