Very nice location and the service was amazing. I definitely would return for future trips.

Th convenience to the parks, restaurants and museums was excellent. Walking distance to most sites. The bathroom was very tight. Good thing I'm not obese or mobility impaired.

I really liked the area of the property, the staff were friendly. I didn’t feel the restrooms were too clean, my toilet paper was never refilled. I was not given extra towels. The robes were never changed, and I was never given extra water.
-
Very clean and comfortable The host was a bit too intense, always watching everything you do.
-
Great Small room that had no place to seat , too cold no heater and hardly any hot water

I had not realized the type of arrangement this house was. It is a multi room large apartment, ours with its own bathroom. The room was extremely small, but clean. Size of room. Room was never dark, there were lights coming through the windows and doors. Not a big deal if you have a sleep mask.

It is not that I don’t like , I wasn’t expecting a hostel. I was originally looking for a hotel

the room, blue baby, is super cute, señora was extremely nice and helpful. an industrial fan runs most of the time outside the one window. they provide earplugs, but I'd rather not have to sleep wearing them.

There was construction noise too early in the a.m. and someone's child wld scream, while playing in the middle of the night. Very tough to sleep.
-
The location of the property, there are restaurants all around the area. Also the property had a home environment and the staff was amazing.

Location Very pressing staff regarding deposits for dog + keys! Even when arriving late at night and without pesos!

The location is good, very central in Polanco. It is an old building with old windows, so if you have one of the rooms toward the street you need to be a deep sleeper or use earplugs as the restaurants outside make noise. There are rooms towards the back of the building, it might be quieter. Rooms are very different so carefully read the descriptions before you choose. Descriptions seem accurate on what the booking entails. The shared bathroom is indeed TINY. It is functional and clean, but my suggestion would be to invest a little more money for a better room with a private bathroom. Hot water worked, but is spotty. Shower head needs replacement. We didn't book with breakfast and only stayed one night, so we can't judge the kitchen facilities or breakfast. The staff that is present all day is very friendly but speaks only Spanish (but uses her phone for translating!) We liked the overall place and loved the quirky decorations.

location The stay had been a disaster, the “B&B” is made of separate rooms in somebody’s house, which is not a big home; and the room that has large window is facing the street which has multiple night clubs, after midnight the music kept getting louder. The window is of steel frame and cannot be closed (windows frame deformed) so I was quite shocked by this window to be in such a loud environment. The shared bathroom is so small that one person almost cannot turn around, no hot water. The bedsheet has the feel of somebody’s old bedsheet at home, doesn’t feel clean at all. Luckily I just slept over for a few hours and left. Do not recommend.

The breakfast wasn't included in the price but we had to move rooms and they offered us breakfast for the rest of our stay. It was delicious. The first rooms we stayed in were too small for a family of 4 adults, but they were clean and we managed. The staff was lovely. The rooms they put us in for the first part of our stay were a bit small for 4 adults. The price was a bit high for the rooms.

Location is excellent with lots of restaurants and cafes. Breakfast was very nice and portions quite large. The staff was super nice (Enriqueta and Vicky) Easy access to the property.

The worst was the sharing bathroom
