Room was spacious as was the shower. Bed was very comfortable and given the location, it was surprisingly quiet. Was on 4th floor and with no elevator it was a bit of a hike. No milk in room for morning tea / coffee and wasn’t going down 4 levels to request it which I’m sure the staff would have provided.

A lovely and good-sized room with a comfortable bed. The view over the park was great. Very close to Paddington station which was very convenient. The only thing I missed was maybe a small table to put some of your belongings on - and to have a bit more space for making your morning coffee/tea. I would also have liked to have a small shelf in the bathroom. There was also a bad smell coming from the bathroom sink (I think), which was a bit unpleasant if you left the door to the bathroom open.

The atmosphere was lovely, especially due to beautiful windows and cute artworks. As a woman who loves Jane Austen and classical literature in general, I admired the window shatters and the experience of doing makeup while sipping a cup of tea and looking at the garden outside. We had a free fresh supply of water daily from the staff. The bed was comfortable (I saw a few people commenting on the size of the bed being too small, but I think it is more than enough for 2 people) Despite the fact that the bathroom is small, the mirror creates an illusion of it being bigger. That makes it comfortable being there. Furthermore, it was clean. The location is very nice, the square is quite but if you go to the street nearby you can find a variety of restaurants. Moreover, the station is located in a 5 minutes walk Another thing that was pleasant is the inclusion of a modern Samsung smart TV with loads of movies and shows available to watch. My boyfriend enjoyed watching a movie every evening while I was in the bathroom There was only one minor thing that we noticed: plenty of dust on the window frame. It is not critical but it was obvious that it wasn't cleaned often. But the rest of the room was clean!

We enjoyed our stay at the Norfolk, a great location, the staff were friendly and helpful, Babita in particular was great, the room was air conditioned and with a small ensuite. I was a bit surprised by the room as it was advertised as a "superior king room," however the bed was not a king (it might have been a double, possibly smaller), the room was TINY and there was literally no view. The 'Superior King' label was very misleading. No microwave; no fridge; nowhere to even sit, apart from the bed; a small shelf for a kettle but no powerpoint nearby to boil it. A tiny sink & shower in the bathroom, had to use the shower to fill the kettle (which we had to place down on the floor to boil, near the door.) There was nothing "superior"or "king" about it.

Hmmm…total transparency not much apart from close proximity to Paddington Station Well I felt it needed a good scrub! The ‘deluxe suite’ basement room I chose was just grubby looking, scuffed walls, streaked mirrors, generally disappointing and a view of the garbage area. I asked reception if perhaps there was another room & was told to come back later, so I went out & when I returned they had moved me to another basement ‘deluxe suite’ same atmosphere and condition, the view was way better of the sidewalk and trees, but I couldn’t get the TV to work. When I went to report it to reception, I was informed that they knew it wasn’t working and when I questioned if that was my fault, they upgraded me to another room on the 3rd floor, apparently a Kingsize room? No huge difference only slightly bigger in size.

Very close to Paddington station. Only a few minutes walk away. The bathroom had no curtain and we were overlooked by an office block. The lights were on and we could see movement. We had to out a towel over the window but it didn’t cover the whole window. No lift and we had to carry our bags up 4 flights of very steep and narrow stairs.

Close to Paddington station. Clean bedroom and bathroom. Friendly staff. Everything you could want, ie hairdryer, soap, hand lotion, air con, tv, tea coffee water bottles. Shampoo and body wash. Fluffy towels really comfy beds Cosy rooms are very cosy and I’m glad we had a room each. Really those rooms are big enough for one occupant. Bathroom was well equipped but small.

Location is great, probably can‘t beat it for the price this room was. Room was cute although very tiny, but we only stayed two nights so that wasn‘t too much of a problem. Our room was on a third floor walk up, which was a bit tedious after being on your feet all day. But the staff helped with the luggage!
