Really well located, small but well appointed rooms. The bar area and balcony are excellent. The lift was down and we did not have hot water for 24 hours, although the staff did their best to keep us informed and handled things well.

Its location, its decor, its staff. Our room and I know that was suggested but it was far far too small and no air conditioning which made it very stuffy.

Amazing location. So easy to use the tube to get all around London. No hot water for two nights.

Location Great. %0 yards from Paddington station and underground. Room a little small but it is London. Breakfast was great and so was the service. A first class service from the lady who served the breakfasts Unfortunately we were above the underground line and the noise and rumblings from the underground were constant from early morning to midnight. Not a fault of the hotel but a nuisance. The sockets were almost hidden behind a clothes hanging/mirror and were difficult to get access to. The Lift was out of commission.

So close to Paddington Station, it was ideal for us to stay one night while travelling. The room was small but comfy and in excellent condition. The breakfast was delicious, and all the staff were friendly and helpful.

Good location friendly staff Gave us water and ice cream on arrival was a nice touch The rooms are honestly tiny we had one of the biger rooms and the floor is really uneven so we felt seasick constanly and the lack of air con on a hot day is bad

Unable to use chromecast on the TV. Had lifts but still had to carry luggage up and down some stairs.
