It was in the middle of a heat wave, but my room was difficult to cool down. A fan is provided but the AC was not fantastic.
-
Location and the cleanliness Being allotted a third floor room, considering our age and big suitcases we had to carry. The way the interaction went at the reception during checking in, I had a strong feeling that they had better choices.

The location was great. Check in and check out were easy and fast. It was clean. When I booked the hotel asked for ground floor since both of us are above sixty and stairs are problem for us. When we arrived they gave us two options one underground and the other attic. Both of them had narrow spiral steps, although from first to third levels, the steps were straight and wider. I asked for help for our luggages but no one helped. These steps were my nightmare. No room service during our stay was available. The room facilities were available for just one person. It is assumed that at least one bottle water to be available at arrival after climbing many stairs.

The studio was small but very clean and well organized. The area is lovely and quiet and makes a wonderful base for exploring London. There are several great cafes just a few blocks away and three different train lines within ten minutes walk. The air conditioning is also top rate. I’m 5’11” tall. If I were any taller I would not have been able to sit on the toilet in the boat-sized bathroom.

Nothing

Close to the train and a few minutes away from shopping. Shower head was nice. The balcony was dirty and had very uncomfortable chairs. The bed was too soft, and the tiny arm chair was extremely uncomfortable to sit in. Bathroom was tiny and the sink and shower were very slow to drain.

Easy to pick up keys and great location. Loved the mini fridge nothing

Lovely room so convenient to several tube stations and super convenient to Kings Cross/St Pancras when we had to catch an early Eurostar Train. Staff were helpful and the room's AC worked well & was excellent to have during the heatwave! The use of the laundry facilities was such a great bonus and having a fridge to use was awesome as well! Everything was good and we were happy to not have to walk up several flights of steps and to have it be more shaded in the morning. The basement room was a bit musty at first and may have benefited from a dehumidifier but we were happy with our lodging and stay overall.

Location was great to reach anywhere in the city. It was clear and they were very helpfull

A great location 10 minutes walk from St. Pancras. The rooms have everything you need, including small cooker, plates and cutlery, and fridge. The shower is good, but a bit small The room overall is small, but a very good base for exploring London. Our rooms were in a different building to the reception on the same street, not a problem for us, but something to consider.

Exactly what it said it was. Small but well appointed, clean and in the right spot for everything Location

The apartment is quite small and had a lot of storage and furniture which made it feel even smaller. That may be good for a longer stay but we were there five days and some of the furniture was just in the way.

The location was great and it was clean. They also let us check in early. The air conditioning didn't work very well and it was a bit hot in the room. Also the bathroom is very small. The accommodation is very basic in general and a bit expensive for what it was.

The location was key to my stay (central and close to Euston station where I was arriving from). Some 'touristyness' but that wasn't an issue and plenty of local residents as well. Some lovely little restaurants in the area (Sichuanese, Italian, and a nice chippy nearby amongst a few pubs, too). A number of options with several corner shops and even a Waitrose nearby (alongside a smaller Tesco Express). No issues with my stay.

It was a bit difficult to figure things out at first with the laundry and the gym. The room was a bit small as well.

Check in was smooth, staff was helpful and easy to find the location. The Air-cond is not working well (on top floor), not cool at all especially during the few hot days above 32 degree C when we were there. The stair case is very narrow, I should not have asked for higher floor, my fault! The bed is very soft and not comfortable and the shower cubible is small too. Overall, it was not worth the price I was paying for.

Love to stay this place again because of the location and the station are surrounded by . Room was very clean and must say about the calmness . They did not cooperate more 1 hour for checkout as they have checked out 11.00 am .

We stayed here marathon weekend and it was great, little kitchen in the bedroom helped so much, good air con, good location but still quiet even though it’s really central. They have lovely little gardens to have a drink in too The stairs are steep which is fine for us but if you struggle with stairs ask for a low floor!

Location and staff were excellent. Room was large and a/c was super powerful which was great during the heatwave. We found the bed to be very uncomfortable. The bedding itself was soft and clean, but the mattress was a cheap spring mattress that had some springs that were obviously broken. Could do with being upgraded.

Aircon was great in the heatwave, reaso able space for London and kitchen also worked adequately (which was also good). Hood fridge and freezer. It met all of our needs and was a nice place to sleep and return to. Laid back and pleasant. A couple of small irritations, toilet roll holder fell off, the terrace needed a sweep. Just small things.
