Excellent location. Very comfortable bed. Compact but had everything you need, in a small space. Air conditioning was great especially as we stayed there during a heat-wave. Great for an over-night stop. Could be challenging for longer stays as not a lot of space to store your luggage.

It was a small single room but had all the facilities you would need to make it a comfortable stay. It is very close to Euston Station which was why I chose it. Convenient locaton all round. I checked in late at night and there was nobody on reception. They need a bell/buzzer on the desk. I waited about 10 minutes and then had to call the hotel phone number to get someone to come out to reception. I was on 4th floor and the lift was out of order so had I not been a fit senior with no disability who could cope with those stairs that would have been quite a problem. It could be the lift had only been out of order that day.

The location could not have been much better, close to Kings Cross and Euston Stations and ready walking distance to attractions in central London. The bed was comfortable and everything was newish and clean. The bathroom was tiny

I hesitated staying at this hotel because of the less than flattering online reviews. But all of this is in the past since the recent top to bottom remodel. Yes the rooms are small but they are efficiently designed. The air conditioning works very well. And the location is stellar, with a good pub and easy Train and Underground access around the corner. The only blip was that the new elevator is not yet working (city issue I was told) and there is no more breakfast service, both of which I was old in advance.

Great location, small room however everything you need for a short stay. Great location. Nice additional touch of free filtered water. No noise, good sleep. Shame the lift was not working however things happen!

Clean facilities and clean room The fire alarm went off and the phone kept ringing for no reason very small and compact hardly room to turn around, the lift was also broken and only 1 key card between 2 people
