The breakfast was identical every morning, typically British. Every morning, the floorboards in the room above could be heard creaking from around 5:30 a.m.

The hotel location is great. Close to Euston, Kings Cross and St Pancrass. Easy walk for buses too. Facilities, breakfast, room and staff are all good. Happy to recommend and would return in the future. For us (a couple in our 70s) the lack of a lift and our room allocated on the top floor, proved to be challenging, but we coped. We'd probably specify a lower floor room if we were to return.

Very close to St Pancras and Kings Cross. The immediate area is clean and quiet with no traffic noise. The hotel is small, friendly and had a homely feel. All the staff were helpful, friendly and professional. A fridge would have been a bonus, but that’s the only thing that could have improved our stay.

Location Broken door in the bathroom No lock Extremely noisy , sounded like it was a public toilet in the middle of the room , We was in the basement, the 4 of us didn’t sleep one minute , Went at the reception at midnight to see if it was a possibility to change room , but no one was there .

This hotel was in a beautiful spot, very friendly welcome and being shown to my room was a nice extra. Lovely clean room and bathroom. Breakfast was brilliant, delicious eggs! I had to sign up to the TV apps to watch any TV - there weren't regular channels available
