Great Location, tidy place. Staff refused to receive delivered parcels while I was out, and orders were cancelled due to this rejection.

The room was small but efficient for 1 person. I was very happy that there are 2 elevators. They keep your luggage complementary prior to check in which is great. The AC was very nice. The hotel is 8 minutes to Charing Cross train station and 5 minutes to Trafalgar Square. The carpets were stained. The windows didn't open. The bed was tucked by the walls so there was only one access from one side which would be uncomfortable for 2 people.

I had no breakfast. I like the cleanliness of the room. But next time I would have a room with windows. Such a strange feeling not knowing when it would become light outside. I did not have breakfast. The price should have been included for the amount I paid for one night. I only drink hot water. There was no facility for me unfortunately.
