Quiet. Very helpful front desk

The location is fantastic for the price of the stay. Staff were incredibly friendly and although I didn’t partake in the breakfast option it seemed quite decently priced for everything included in the buffet. I would definitely stay again! N/A

The room was a bit musty, which is probably because the room is carpeted. As expected, the rooms were rather small, which would not be much of a problem except that there's little place to put your bags, and it could use some more hooks for hanging clothing. Our room faced the street, and since it was musty we had the window open a few inches, which was fine until early morning when traffic was noticeable. There is no elevator, so we carried our bags up a few flights of stairs- not a problem for us but perhaps for others it might be.

The room is very clean and the bed comfortable

Air conditioning was amazing as it was a heatwave in London when we stayed! Room was immaculately clean, wonderful shower! Walking up the stairs with bags was not easy but definitely not a big deal. Staff offered to help, they were amazingly helpful and easy to work with.

I traveled for a conference close to University of London, so I chose this hotel as it is conveniently located between St.Pancras (my arrival station) and the venue. You walk around 5 minutes on busy streets with plenty dine-in and supermarket options, yet this hotel is located in a calm street. The reception was warm and I felt very welcome. The room itself was small, as is the case in hotels in the city center (cf. also Paris, Rome, etc.) but it was equipped with everything needed for a nice stay such as AC, kettle, luggage place, etc. The room and bathroom were clean and everything looked comfortable and new. The hotel has a 24h reception and offers breakfast. I could also store my luggage over the day as I had to head back home the other day already. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience, I felt safe and comfortable, and will come back when back in town.

Excellent location, friendly staff and the room was clean and had everything I needed. Wish the floor in the room wasn't carpeted.

AC worked great during the heat wave. Hotel staff was very friendly. Good location near King's Cross. Perfect for a short stay.
-
Easy walk to the train station, clean room AC smelled a bit of mildew, but we were able to turn it off and open a window.
-
Hotels location was really close to kings cross, which enables to everywhere in London, staff was very kind, our room was sweet, we told them its our anniversary, they made a little surprise, room was so clean, bathroom was wide enough, street view was also lovely. Thanks a lot Only negative thing was there was no elevator, but there were 3 floors max, and it was ok to walk
