Exceptional

The stuff at check-in were very helpful, offering to put me on the ground floor, although my original booking was for a higher floor. This was very helpful as my suitcase was very heavy, and there was no elevator. I really appreciated the staff reaching out and asking me about that even though I hadn’t mentioned it. The room was incredibly small, although I think that’s fairly standard and I knew it wouldn’t be large. So it’s not really a complaint, especially as I think the room rate was very reasonable.

Conveniently close to St Pancras International, friendly staff, easy check in

The location was very handy for Kings Cross and St Pancras station. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. It was quite noisy initially in the evening outside as we overlooked the street. It was a small room which was all we needed but it was very hot despite the fan provided.

Close to Kings Cross station staff was quick to response to issue we had , plus assisted in carrying our luggage up the narrow stairs on checkout. Very narrow stairs down to our room. Shower head fell off when attempted to use it. Staff was quick to assist with that issue

Superb

The staff were super friendly and very helpful, the rooms super clean and cozy. I had a fan provided for the room which was on the top level, so I had a nice way to cool down. Genuinely a wonderful stay. There was no hook to hang my jacket... really, the only thing missing! Everything else was excellent.

location is ok too too small and also without even a chair!

Location was great; staff was wonderful and made the stay very comfortable. Room is on the tiny side but still works for a busy person.

The hotel is very close to St Pancreas train station which was very convenient. The hotel room was clean and the staff friendly. The room is on the smaller side.

I've stopped here before when I'm on my way to Paris or Brussels by Eurostar. Perfectly placed, lovely, clean, quiet hotel always with wonderfully helpful and charming staff. The room I booked was on the fourth floor and receptionist immediately asked if I would prefer a room on the ground floor which I readily accepted. Hotels in the area are of similar build and lifts aren't usually possible. Rooms are imaginatively planned so although small, as you would expect for the price in central London, they have everything you need and are extremely comfortable. I particularly appreciated the lovely and easy to use shower. The toiletries - eco-friendly and in dispensers rather than the wasteful single use packaging. Good selection of drink options and kettle. Really everything I needed, thank you. Nothing really, I had everything I needed and more.

Close to Kings Cross Station Room was downstairs with a bright light outside the window which stayed on all night and noisy.

The hotel is a very short walk from Kings Cross , the staff were very friendly, the room (although small) was clean, comfy and had all the amenities we needed. Considering it is so close to King's Cross the hotel is very quiet and was great value for money!

An absolutely wonderful place to stay. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transport and all the main tourist areas. This was my second stay here, and this time I stayed in a single room. Everyone working at the hotel is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Even though I arrived at around 1:30 a.m., the gentleman at reception still greeted me with a smile. :D The rooms are also exceptionally clean. I’m very particular about cleanliness, so when I say it was spotless, I really mean it! I travel to London quite often, and I will definitely stay here again on my next visit. :) Thank you so much for everything!

Its my second time using the hotel for only one night stays. Pefectly located for St Pancras. Staff friendly, very clean and comfortable and very good value. Just be aware no lift, only stairs. However, on both occasions I was offered help to carry my case. Couldnt ask for more.
