No trash Ben in the room , The water heater is very rusty and dirty

Even though we didn't like the location of our room (basement, damp,) The room was clean and we were in an area of London that was nice and safe. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. The room we stayed in was a damp, basement room next to an airshaft. Maybe this is what you have to pay for in London. We spent as little time as possible in the room.

European Hotel is located about 2 blocks from the St. Pancras Railway Station. I need to be near this railway station since I am taking a Eurostar Train to Paris..

Location, location and location It was very pricy in terms of facilities provided or quality of the room.

Very short walking distance to Kings Cross tube (metro) station. There were no airconditioner or ceiling fan in the room. Although the host was kind enough to bring a small electrical fan to the room once he noticed there was no ceiling fan, the fan was very weak and was not much of a remedy on a hot summer night. There was no soap or shampoo in the shower room either.

The location is fantastic, a few minutes walk to Kings Cross Station and Underground line. The rooms are small, only to be expected in such a good location. I was very happy there - I didn't travel for luxury, more for value for money. It was the hottest week of the summer, so I appreciated the ceiling fan.

It was hot in London when I stayed. No aircon,no lift, not that clean.

The room was tiny- but we knew it would be. The park across the street was a little sketchy

Good location nearby the International train station Really small and noisy room. The ceiling fan kept making so much noise and outside was also pretty noisy. Not adivsed expecially during summer since there is no AC and as already said the ceiling fan is really noisy. We asked for a room change but the staff told us that there were no other rooms...weird because we could see that there were room available on Booking.

The room and bathroom was equivalent to a camper trailer. Beds were not comfortable and the sheets smelled like they were put away wet. Window led to a courtyard where people smoked. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Great location... this room meets the absolute minimum

The room was quite okay for a solo traveller or for a couple. It was a little hot in the room durin summer and the fan that was running did not produce any air. We need to have an additional fan or repair the existing one. The tv connection was not so good

The location of this hotel is good. No breakfast was available. Initially, they gave me a miserable room, but after speaking with the staff, I was given a better one.

The room was small but had everything we needed. It offered good value for the price, and the location was excellent.

The location is great. The room was clean. It had a small bathroom inside but still, inside. We bought a 3 people room in order to have 2 beds. the double bed matress was too soft. The corredor to the room was small. The security for the luggage storage was low.
