Kinda modern-looking hotel, good location. The staff were always really friendly with us. The cleaning service was not the best as some visible parts of our room were full of dust (like the vanity at the top of our bed). At the check-in, we were changed an additional fee of £78 and, when we asked for explanations (since through booking we already paid the full amount) the workers could not give us a reason. At the check-out, when we asked again, the employee just told us that it was a mistake and that I was gonna get my money back in around 2 days- without additional explanations. It has now been 5 days and I still didn't receive those £78 back.

The rooms were quiet on the basement level. Beds comfy and room very clean. Breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly and helpful. Good location too for festival at Victoria Park. Directly opposite the Young V&A museum which was nice to have a look around after check out. Nothing, all good.

Great location. Helpful staff and nice lobby to sit and chat in . Breakfast was buffet with plenty of choice of cooked stuff , and continental breakfast which I went for . Location amazing -literally 2 mins from tube ! Our double room was very small with a fixed frame bed and little floor space . It was in the basement with no window. I did feel a wee bit claustrophobic so if I stayed again I would upgrade to a family room and ask for a room with a window. Was quiet at night though !

Great location and walkable distance to where we needed to be, lots of places to eat and drink nearby. Easy check in service and cosy clean room. Lots of banging of doors in the mornings. Teabags provided but no kettle and only two sachets of milk so the coffee wasnt great.
