Excellent for a one night stay. This is a low budget hotel. Everything was provided for a one night stay. Nothing not to like.

The room is dirty the bathroom and toilet are filthy and smells like mold ? I went to use the shower and someone had pissed and shit in the shower!! Also the police attende for a customer who was screaming and shouting late into the night.. I'd come to have a break and to relax for the night and that's definitely not the case.

There wasn't much that I liked. There was a fan inside my room, so I liked that. There was also a tired looking fridge inside the room, so I'll give a point each for those. The shower had no towels provided so I had to drip dry, the downstairs bathroom stank of urine and my room felt more like a prison cell than a room. Let's be real, most other countries would have luxury rooms with all the bells and whistles for £40 a night. It's a lot of money for a night in the cells

Not clean especially the stairs, the toilet is too choky and tight. Some of the staff are hostile and no provision for guest to cook food

I'm completely disappointed about the hotel. One of worst experience I got from the hotel. I would never recommended this hotel. Everything should be change of this hotel. The manager who need to know about customer service. He is so arrogant and impolite person I met my life in hospitality industry. Even he misbehaves with women as well.

Rooms were good for the price The shared bathrooms are slightly unclean however this is expected due to multiple people using them.
