Good air con unit, friendly staff during day Door locked with key but the actual lock underneath it wasn't lined up with the door, had people banging to get in our room at 1am, pillows were solidified, only one plug socket, wifi didnt have any internet

Location was great and easy to get to. The room was sufficient and suited our needs for one night. The staff were very nice and friendly and the price was good The room was very small and the bed was not very comfortable. But overall we had a good stay

I have written multiple reviews for this hotel already, so I'll keep this brief. I find it an excellent value hotel within easy reach of the City. This is my go-to hotel when I come to London on a budget. For what it's worth, this time I was given a room that I'd not stayed in before, with a delightful private balcony that looked over the roofs of East London (slight shades of Mary Poppins) towards the City and Canary Wharf. Very nice. The only tiny quibble is that you can't easily turn on the shower from outside the cubicle, because the cubicle door opens inwards and covers the taps. But that's being really picky.

We stayed here as we were attending a music festival at Victoria Park. Small room, up a few flights of stairs. Lovely staff, very helpful. I requested a softer pillow and 2 were supplied. Good shower, kettle & microwave and hairdryer in the room. No complaints from us.

Stayed here to go to the all points east festival, great location. Close to the park and food and drink places close by. Also wasn’t noisy. Staff helpful. We had a balcony which was lovely to be able to go out on to Doing 3 flights of stairs

Clean small rooms, comfy bed, nice spacious and clean bathroom. The workers were nice and pleasant. Close to bus stops and metro. AC had a fault during heat wave, couldn't have it on without it sounding like a tractor, I don't think it is a usual issue, just unlucky. The surrounding area didn't feel safe after dark

Great location, staff were very nice and accommodating, air con effective and rooms were decent value for money WiFi was terrible, better to say you don't have it than have it but it doesn't connect. Rooms small
