The location was fantastic. It is near Paddington station which was a great place to explore the city from. The building is a bit run down inside. But they keep it clean considering.

fantastic location, short walk from Paddington, really good breakfast, lovely staff

The location is perfect and the breakfast is amazing! The shower was a little difficult to manage.

The standard English breakfast was good and the breakfast staff was friendly. The stairs are steep and narrow, but this is an old building and it can't be changed. The friendly man at reception helped us with our bags.

Good location Horrible bathroom, the tiniest bathroom I have ever seen, you can barely fit into shower. To get normal temperature hot is science as it gets hot or cold randomly. Huge dangerous step when getting out , all 3 of us almost fell !⛔️ Didn’t get room that was on photo, and we were placed into hotel where Reception is. No lift, steep stairs. For breakfast you can get Full English or Toast and Jam. No option to make room dark as curtains are TAPED - see photos!

No AC and a few items disappeared from our room. Tiny room and tiny bathroom.

Location is convenient and in a nice neighborhood. Prices are typical for London. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast is plentiful but not much variety Basement room was very small, bathroom was spartan. No chair in the room, although if there was one it would be best if it was a folding chair

fantastic location, lovely staff. i was given a choice of rooms and when i decided against my first choice as it was a bit small they immediately gave me a larger room the fridge in my room was really noisy as it was quite old, however it was nice to have a fridge in the room

Was on the smaller side and top floor without a lift.

Location and cost were fantastic. We had four in a quad room and it was too tight and crowded. The hotel could use a freshening up like new paint. But overall it was a good place

It was a lovely small hotel. Very convenient to many areas.
