The breakfast was very good. Good quality of food. Coffee was veru nice. The room was hot. The fan is a table fan and so weak. We had one table fan for 3 people. I don't think it should be called hotel. It's only a bed and breakfast We were roasting in the room. We had to sit outside the hotel because outside was cooler.

Everything was nice and clean We were there in the middle of a heatwave- no air con. There was a fan- just circulating hot air. Unable to open the window too.

Location superb. Young friendly staff. Provided a fan during the heat which was most appreciated. Windows opened to key breeze through, Carpets appeared to need a clean. Bathroom light stopped working, phone didn’t work and we were on 3 Rd floor. Only supplied with one small thin towel. Had to pay one pound for an extra towel. Told it was because only 2 star. Breakfast adequate but had to ask for top up when some items run out.

It is at excellent location, near Paddington Stations, with lots of buses and the tube. Nice and relatively quiet street. Room is ok for short stays, breakfast is ok As well. Bathroom is very small.

Breakfast was adequate. But the basic processed cheese and ham were disappointing. No fresh fruit either. On arrival the receptionist was very direct, almost rude and almost unwelcoming.

They were very accommodating and let us leave our luggage there early in the morning so that we did not have to take it around London with us. The receptionist was very welcoming and gave us a full list of everything we needed to know well situated and in walking distance of Oxford St and all attractions Could not use the internet was given several different passwords for different hotels within the street Room was very small and where the shower had leaked through the door onto the carpet made the room have a fusty smell

What a great location! Wonderful staff. Brilliantly clean. Room was cosy and the shower room was snug! Room was cosy but we needed a triple room, would have been fine as a double but we needed the extra bed. Shower room was snug but it’s due to the age of the property and the requirement for ensuites in this day and age.
