Location. Close to train station Very small room. No AC in hot summer. Inside room was very hot. If open the windows, two exist cans from lower floor blow exist into the room.

The property is in a great location close to Paddington station, cafe's etc. Nice tree lined streets. Bathroom is tiny and tight. But you are in London

Location, location, location! The room was big enough for two and breakfast was ok. Staff is really friendly! The window did not close in our room and it was a bit chilly especially during the evenings -> mornings. There was a broken spring in the mattress that disturbed quite a bit. The walls were paper and the door did not keep the noises (from the corridor) outside but we could hear everything Bath tub did not hold the water but was leaking.

Cost & convenience A bit tired & breakfast very basic. Fried eggs over done.

Location - walkable from Train station and underground and easy close access to the Kensington Park and shopping. Room small and little ventilation and noise from hallway.

Great location, small but comfortable room and very nice staff. Good breakfast available. Liked how it is lit up outside the building - easy to find at night! We had a room at the top - elevator stops on the 3rd and you have to climb stairs to the 4th. We didn’t have a lot of luggage so it wasn’t a problem, but I wouldn’t want to do it with a big suitcase. We knew that going in, so all good!

The location was excellent! It was cold in our room; we got some heat one night but the rest of the time no heat.

The toilet is extremely small. The hot water would not flow out when you turn on the tap. You have to wait for at least 1 minutes and it starts to drip. And if you are patience, you wait longer and the hot water will eventually flow out BUT is it extremely hot and will burn you body.

Great service especially from Binto the guy in the front desk. He was very helpful & accommodating. He always go the extra way everytime we request something! if you’re staying in the 4th flr, the elevator goes only up to the 3rd. if you’re carrying a lot of luggage, just stay any room up to the 4th.

Lift doesn't go up to the 4th floor, had to carry the luggage myself. The single room is rather small.

Only a ten minute walk from Paddington station. We were greeted by Ali who was so welcoming & friendly. The room was small & basic, but we only stayed over one night before our flight from Heathrow. Clean room, clean sheets & white towels. Had to step in the bath for a shower, but there was a non-slip mat, so all was ok. Perfect location for bars & restaurants around Paddington-we went to our personal favorite, Wahaca where we had a great night. Would book the Queensway again when we visit London. Small room, but quiet & comfy. Wouldn't suit for more than an overnight stay-that said, a really cheap find in the heart of London!

There was a lift which is good but there were still 8-9 steps to reach up to my room on the 2nd Floor, but I didn’t have very heavy luggage so it wasn’t a problem. I would stay here again on my next trip to London.

Location Poor shower pressure, on two separate occasions shower would not run enough to have a shower. Poor breakfast options
