Proximity to bus station Hot Breakfast was not great - cream & toast were fine
-
Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very helpful. Everything was spot on.

Very friendly and helpful staff, appreciated the early check in. Convenient location for our travels, close to bus and train stations. Room was fine, comfy bed and perfect for an overnight stay. Nothing

The breakfast was excellent a very good selection The weight of the doors and being able to get in and out with suitcases was not easy so a good door stop would have helped. No instructions on how to operate the tv. The hanging light was too low and badly placed.

Staff were lovely and very apologetic The day before we arrived they informed us there was building work going on between the hours of 8am and 5pm. Then on the morning of our trip they informed us that the lifts were broken and we had paid for two friends of ours to come with us as a treat as one of our friends has stage 4 cancer and they told us we had to be on the 2nd floor and he had to take the stairs! And that was agony for him. If we had known earlier I would have tried to book us somewhere else! The beds were so hard and uncomfortable and the toilet would not flush properly

We liked the location being near everything, especially the transportation. We liked having free breakfast, although the eggs were terrible and the coffee was instant. The one elevator was broken during our whole stay, and the other elevator was broken most of the time and so we had to use the stairs up and down to the fourth floor.

Our room was clean and spacious, breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold items, staff were friendly. Nice bar area in reception area. close to town centre but also very quiet.

Best breakfast ever

Very close to the Royal concert hall where we were attending a gig. We seemed to have been given a room for someone with a disability, and it was directly across from the noisy lift and stairs
