Great location, staff were excellent, really helpful. The room was not huge but absolutely fine. Good shower and very clean throughout. Will use again. No tea or coffee facilities in room. Really missed that.
-
The room was one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in. Top marks to the cleaning staff. Choice at breakfast could have been better.

First time ever that a place does not allow someone to walk up to my room. If I'm renting a space, I want to be able to use it. The staff was rude and said their policy forbade it, despite being unable to show me where in their policies that was stated.

Ideal city centre location for all amenities including bus and railway stations. The room was clean and tidy but a little cramped. Plenty of choice for a continental breakfast. The two members of staff that we dealt with were very helpful and welcoming. Slightly cramped room. Also if you pay £11 for a prepaid breakfast you have to ensure that you have more than a croissant and a cup of coffee in order to obtain value for money.

The location and value for money were great and the staff helpful in the few short interactions we've had. The room had scuff marks, damaged tables and really annoying beeps when using light controls and way too much text written everywhere. I don't want to see informational stickers when I want to relax. The bathroom was also not large enough for a 6'2 person to sit on the toilet comfortably without sitting slightly sideways.
