Location good but staff don’t know the area to be more helpful. Staff seemed tired on Sunday morning - perhaps from a Saturday night out - which is perfectly understandable. Given the season, a LIGHTER & COOLER duvet would be perfect with a choice of pillows which were all very deep.

Great location Our family room had relatively small (double) beds, and the shower is built for people not taller than 1,80m. While the room was fine, the bathroom was unfortunately not very clean.

Perfect location. Lifts plentiful, fast and efficient. Bathroom well stocked, lovely shower and lots of towels. Room cleaning and tidying great with lovely, friendly staff doing same. Our room was rather small with very limited storage space for our 5 night stay. Reception staff were efficient but not in the least friendly or welcoming - on this particular day at least!.
