The location was very convenient, a quick walk to the bus station, close to the city center and all the sights we were interested in seeing. The bed was very large and comfortable, the room was clean, had a nice view and it was not noisy despite facing the street and being on a low floor. Nice view too! Easy to control lights and blinds using either the tablet or switches on the walls. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Only one of the two elevators was working and it was sometimes a bit of a wait. While there was seemingly no noise coming from the outside or neighboring rooms, the room door itself did seem to let sounds through easily so any commotion in the corridor or slamming room doors can be heard. The bathroom door doesn’t really shut, no knob, lock and a gap at the bottom of the door so privacy is relative. Worth noting that the shower is not fully opaque.

The location is most convenient to get to Glasgow Central Station on foot. The people working at the hotel were helpful and friendly with us. The decoration is modern and colourful. The breakfast buffet was of good value. The washtub is outside the bathroom, which is original, but finally it is convenient.

The staff were really helpful, hotels in a very good area close by to everything, probably one of the most comfortable sleeps ive had for a while.

Place was clean, bed was comfortable, the shower was great and staff were helpful, great location to get to, loved how nearly everthing was controlled by ipad including the lights

This is a very modern hotel with great shared spaces, and is conveniently located in downtown. We have stayed at CitizenM in other cities. We knew this was going to be a compact space. But the ventilation in this hotel was terrible. It is an intentionally green building which relies on passive heating and cooling. The windows do not open. Unfortunately, in this building it simply did not work. The airflow was terrible and we had to request a fan to stay comfortable.

Friendly staff, room was clean and tidy. Bed was very comfy. Hot water went off in the morning so couldn’t have a shower. Bit pricey for the one night

Loved the room layout and general cool Dutch design throughout. Our sink was slow to drain but aside from that, everything was perfect. Personally think that there are better and cheaper breakfast options outside of the hotel.
