New, great room! No ice bucket in room or phone to call reception.

Good hotel however the price was so inflated due to the commonwealth games, it was not worth the value paid.

Beautiful hotel location was brilliant. Very nice area of Glasgow we had a gorgeous corner room so very bright with views . We were over for our sons graduation so it's a busy time of year There were three adults so staff put up a temporary bed. Made room a bit of a squeeze but that was our fault! A little sterile as in not a reception area as such there was staff at a podium thing hard enough to find up stairs ? Ground floor?! Staff v pleasant though. The air con lighting was a fancy switch button thing hard to see / work. Shower is a step into bath one but was lovely once you were in !

Clean, updated, appealing to the eye. The night manager, Mo, was friendly, helpful & accommodating! Bed was comfortable. The High tech lights, thermostat & shower were a challenge to figure out. The tea kettle leaked.

It’s in the center, clean, and the staff especially Dhanush Shetty. He made our stay pleasant, and he was so responsive to resolve the issue we had. Nothing

The service was warm and welcoming and the staff could not do enough for you. Danesh was particularly accommodating. Rooms are clean, well appointed, nicely furnished and the kitchenette and steam iron are a nice touch. The shower is powerful. The WiFi was at times a little scatty. The beds were a little firm for us but this has been the case in the last two hotels also. Perhaps this is preferable in Scotland

Very nice place, clean and comfortable. Great location My only complaint was that the room was very hot and stuffy. There was a control on the wall for temperature control, but it did nothing. There wasn’t a way to even crack a window a tiny bit to get some air

It was clean, well cared for and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would have liked more of a common lounge area, but it wasn’t that important.

Loved that the hotel was new - everything felt clean, modern and updated. Staff were very eager to help when/if there were issues. Location was conveninent, very easy to find. Our room assignment on the bottom floor - windows looked directly into other rooms - felt a wee bit claustrophobic. Had ongoing issues with our room's A/C - would not consistently cool the room, which would get very muggy in the heatwave-like weather we were experiencing. No ice machine or ice availabel for rooms

Good location. 500 m to the Queen Street railway station and Buchanan bus station. Everything in walking distance. Nice room. If warm, ask to switch A/C on at the reception. It's 'behind a computer'. Laundry facilities. Fast WiFi. Good TV. Friendly staff.

Everything was wonderful! The shower was one of my favorite parts. The staff were all very helpful, and I loved having a kitchenette in the room.

Friendly staff, updated comfortable and clean rooms and great location We did not have breakfast or any meals at the property as some other guests told us they were disappointed with the breakfast. There is no onsite bar or a lounge to hang out.
