Staff were very friendly from the moment we arrived. Reception even remembered we were going to a show the previous night when we left! Room lovely and modern and quiet with great shower and TV. Breakfast was surprisingly varied and good coffee too. Convenient location for going to theatre which met our needs. Would recommend. Reception area and breakfast & bar area were a little dated and lighting was poor but only really there for breakfast.

Very quiet rooms. Breakfast. Location. Aircon. Coffee machines were always problematic. Pillows were too squished. Bedside light on the one side was faulty.

Nothing The hotel room allocated was in an awful part of the hotel. Very claustrophobic not good for me as I am claustrophobic and asked for another room, no cooperation so had to leave and head to the Maldron at £250 extra expense.

The efficient staff, the membership benefits like early check-in, I appreciated the free hot beverages and snacks, and good facilities and great location. The breakfast is very limited and the rooms are only cleaned if requested, which is unusual in a hotel.

Been to this hotel on a number of occasions and it has never disappointed. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location is ideal for a short stay in the city. The breakfast room is showing signs of wear and is in need of refurbishment.

It was nice and quiet and easily accessible. Breakfast was lovely. Staff were really helpful. The bathroom floor of our room was not cleaned, I had to stand on towels to use the shower.
