The receptionist (Young Indian Lady) was courteous and very friendly. Free parking. Free purified water outlet. Room was a bit small but if you travel light, it spacious enough.

Clean, quiet, and spacious enough for a family of four. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, and the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of a nearby mall, making shopping and dining easily accessible. A great choice for families looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. No significant issues during the stay; the only minor drawback was that one of the pillows had a slight odor.

Comfy bed and sparkling clean room! Asked for a higher floor and the staff gave us one on the top floor which was so great, the soundproofing was also quite good. Also located very close to a mall with a grocery store and other amenities The room could have had a bit more space but absolutely not a dealbreaker, still very much worth what we paid!

We had a wonderful stay at Cititel. The hotel location is near most attractions ie The Top etc. There are eateries and shopping malls around the hotel. Many thanks, and I appreciate the gesture of goodwill in celebration of my daughter's birthday. The staff are all friendly and helpful, even helping me book a transport for our early morning flight. The ants on the table. However, the manager and staff were very prompt and took immediate action to exterminate. The bathroom ponding issue, water takes some time to drain off. Not enough chairs for 4 pax room. Only 1 chair is provided. It would be good to have at least 2 chairs.

I like the brightly lit fluorescent light at parking level. Bright & give a sense of safety and security feel. Ample parking spaces. I couldn't find similar hotels in Penang at 3 star rating with a similar indoor, brightly lit parking, paid breakfast at a nominal value in St Giles, superb location, clean, value for money. The list just goes on & on. By the way, I am Simon Leong from KL. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip in mid December 2025. So far nothing can I think of
