The hotel is clean and the staff is very nice. Marsha was very helpful during my stay. The negatives that I read are true. Slow elevators, and the parking area has narrow spots. That wasn’t a big deal. The beds are fair and I brought my own pillow. The pool area and jacuzzi are so relaxing and amazing. I didn’t use the gym but it did look small. I would stay here again. It was affordable and nice stay overall.

The elevator was limited and overburdened between guests constant usage and being so slow that I elected to walk my items from to my room on 724 down 7 flights of steps to avoid using the elevator. The guest stairs go behind the lobby and look like something from a horror movie. The room was okay at best, with a tiny bathroom that makes you feel like you’re in a lavatory on a plane and walls so thin you can hear other activity. The pool looked like something you would totally avoid at all costs and the continental breakfast was the worst I have ever seen at any hotel ever in my 45 years of existence. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Whoever is in charge of this place should be ashamed of what they put their guests through. 0/5 stars and avoid at all costs!

Best location! Clean, nice hotel. Beds were not comfortable. Either need toppers or new beds. Also, parking lot is terrible. The parking spots are so small, you almost have to unload your car, then park it. And to top it off, you have to pay to park. I have stayed at 5 different places on the strip and did not have to pay to park anywhere.

Everyone was nice. Location was beautiful. The musty smell of the room.

Bathroom was clean. Room was clean yet carpet seems old and had a smell like mildew . Breakfast was great and staff was friendly . Close walk to stores ! Got to see bears ! Carpet in room ! Balcony could be bigger.

Clean, convenient central location with friendly and helpful professional staff. No accommodation for gluten, lactose free dietary requirements for breakfast. Room coffee not the greatest.

Great location for Gatlinburg downtown. You can easily walk to the city's attractions and convention center. Has a ice indoor pool for year round use.

the hotel is okay. The parking is atrocious. The locations is nice. The value is okay at best. While it is right on the strip within Gatlinburg, the hotel itself is okay at best. A standard room with standard amenities (I.e. a pool and hot tub, continental breakfast). The parking garage is horrible. It’s very tight; not only the height of it being pushed to the absolute brim, but the parking space widths as well as the driving lanes themselves are as narrow as physically possible. On the second level (p2), two vehicles almost physically can’t pass each other unless one moves into a parking spot first to get out of the way. Speaking of the height, there are multiple pea traps across the threshold of p2 that are below the “clearance height”. My truck, which I was advised to park on that level after double checking that it wouldn’t be a problem, struck one of these pea traps and significantly damaged the top of it. It is nice to basically be in the middle of everything once you’re there, but there are better options in my opinion. Side note: while the staff was super nice and understanding, when there was an issue that required a manager of some sort, there was ABSOLUTELY no way to get a hold of them. Granted this was the weekend but still. I was given a phone number that lead to the front desk and an email with the caveat that it wouldn’t be acknowledged until Monday, to which obviously I was gone before then.

Didn’t really get a chance to use all the amenities because unfortunately it is a “family friendly“ location, which means lots and lots of screaming children, in the pool, until after 10 PM. I stayed here the last time I was in Gatlinburg for this same music festival, so I knew the rooms would be clean and comfortable. But I really wanted to enjoy the hotels amenities. Maybe next time!

Average at best . Dated rooms not modern by any stretch. No modern amenities like shampoo in shower .bathroom needs major updates. If your looking for a place to sleep close to the action ...yes...if you want a nice experience NO

Convenient, located close to the attractions we wanted to visit. Saw a bear from our balcony which was a plus.

This was our third time at this property.

It is a nice property, well kept. Elevators were slow in the morning because of the amount of people leaving, we also checked out at a busy time, would advise to leave earlier if possible. Parking is tight but doable. Wish there was a keurig in the room. But honestly a great place, so convenient and walkable to attractions.

We loved where the hotel was. We could park in the Jeep and walk just a few blocks and be on the Gatlinburg strip. The pool and hot tubs were clean and relaxing. The breakfast was wonderful. It all made our stay convenient and enjoyable. The only thing was the size of parking spaces. If you have a large vehicle and park it beside others, there is no room to get out of your vehicle. If you want to put your top down, you will need to leave the parking deck to do it.

    Was wonderful stay

The property was close to downtown Gatlinburg within walking distance of all the main attractions which was nice. The building is old and really needs upgrades. There are cracks in the flooring and walls. You can see it is older and needs repairs and upgrades. Our tub was holding water in the tub like it was stopped up. We called maintenance but had to leave a message so not sure they checked it bc it kept doing it every day when we took a shower. Also the water in bathroom sink wasn’t has hot as the tub water. I was disappointed the building wasn’t in better shape.
