Everything was great! Clean room, already cooled down (Thank you!). Breakfast was great. We were attending Monsters On The Mountain, and it was just a walk across the parking lot to the venue. Will be back!

Some minor defects in room that should be fixed, could use better breakfast. Friendly staff
-
rooms were very clean pool not open long enough

Excelente ubicación, habitación cómoda con todo lo necesario. Tiene buen desayuno pero no es muy variado ni tiene opciones saludables. El personal excelente.

friendly staff, close to the parkway in gatlinburg which is walkable which is what you want because of traffic and having to pay for parking. You can drive to pigeon forge because it's more spread out and parking is free there. And the national park is just minutes away.Great location for a vacation to the smokies doing all 3 and Dollywood. The pool looked nice but we where out the whole time.

The property is located in downtown Gatlinburg. It’s on a side street that allows easy access to the main strip. It’s ideally located to many of the major attractions. I plan on staying here again on my next visit to the area.

La habiatqcion estaba todo bien limpio, y el servicio pasaba sin falta todas las mañanas. El personal súper amable, nada más que llegamos nos encontramos con un oso atravesando el hotel lol. Sin duda me volvería a quedar

Breakfast was adequate with good coffee

Clean room. Staff was very nice. Pool was nice. Great stay for a few days in Gatlinburg. Short walk to the strip.

Get a 1st floor room or enjoy stairs, 1 elevator used all day by staff. Parking is tight. Decent room, location just off main drag to Gatlinburg made it worth it though.
-
Great location in reference to the strip. Room was a little “damp” feeling but otherwise a great booking.

The location is excellent. You are within walking distance of everything in the center of Gatlinburg. The motel is old, and while it has had updates, the room was in need of repairs, and the bathroom needs to be gutted and remodeled. The base board was peeling in areas, there was a slightly-patched hole in a wall, the door to the separate bedroom was damaged, and the room reeked of cigarette smoke and mildew. We bought air fresheners just so that our clothes and luggage didn't take the scent home, but it only masked for a little while. I understand that the property isn't a five-star luxury resort, but the basics - building maintenance and odors - should be expected to be better for any property.

Perfect location to walk to the strip. Room was clean and in good condition.

Rooms are not very up to date. There was an odor when we entered. Only one chair and it had crumbs down the side. The sheets were cleaned but you can tell they’ve been washed a lot. AC is very loud. Room just looked old and run down. Very little parking. Outside area not very welcoming.

I loved the location but I did not know that I was going to be in a building across the street with no balcony. The main reason I com to gatlinburg is to sit outside and look at the mountains I looked at the back of motel through a window. And watched people do drugs on the back stairs of the motel in front of my window. If you stay make sure you get the building next to the pool.

The only thing that I was concerned about was that the fire?? Alarm was ringing and I couldn’t hear it until I got very close to the doorway near the hall. We slept through first sirens and looked out of the windows off the balcony to see emergency lights and police, I called down to the officers and asked if me and my Grandchildren should evacuate. The officer said “I can’t force you “ not knowing what that means exactly, I asked “Is the building on fire?”
