Best Western Johnson's Inn Downtown Gatlinburg

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was pretty clean other than a few stains on the carpet. Fridge didn't work. Breakfast was decent, but it's a small area and a bit chaotic. We took ours back to the room.

The room was clean . The breakfast was good and they had someone to make waffles if you wanted one. It was a nice stay and was close enough to walk gatlinburg.

Clean and nice rooms for affordable price at Downtown

As I have stated before in other reviews, this property is about as all around perfect! Great location. One block off of Main Street. On your way to Main Street, go thru The Village and shop the shops and proceed to exit onto the main street. There is a trolley stop right by the property. How convenient is that?! The rooms are always comfortable, A/C is easy to control. Staff is fantastic! Friendly, professional and eager to help in any way. Wanna see a bear? Sit by the creek or in your comfortable chairs in front of your room. They’ll be by. Just wave and watch. Don’t forget to lock your vehicles out of caution. I’ve been staying at this property for some time now. I won’t stay anywhere else! Wanna grab a quick bite to eat before your adventure starts? They serve breakfast. Thank you Best Western Johnson. I’ll be back! There is nothing to not like.

What a gem! The location is close to everything, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Their breakfast was pretty good as well. We’ll definitely be coming back in the future!

The bear or bears roaming through the property was interesting indeed.

The hotel is right off the main strip and very close to the Village. Bed was comfy.

Breakfast was good esp d waffles. I just wished there's boiled eggs not just scrambled.

Very nice place and will maintain. All the action in Gatlinburg is within walking distance.nice pools and parking lot, enjoyed the balcony and view. Unless you go into Peigon forge or the national park then you need a car

The location, the amenities, I love the clean and comfortable bed and hot shower and the TV was great. Parking lot a little small and the wifi didn't work well. I was trying to do homework out of town.

Great location, friendly. 110 bathroom tub fills up while showering& the bathroom door doesn’t close. Pool was closed an entire day for pictures taken at night.

The location was amazing and the room we had had a balcony overlooking the creek very clean very nice. Ask for a 1 hour late check out and they wanted to charge me $25 which I understand no big deal

Front desk team are all wonderful and super helpful, location is absolutely perfect, the pools and outdoor seating area are amazing, the rooms are super clean. The beds are so comfortable! Breakfast is on point. This is our go-to each and every time we visit Gatlinburg. We’ve stayed here at least twice a year for the last several years. There isn’t anything we don’t like.

The staff was helpful and courteous ,and friendly the check in staff was very friendly.

We have stayed here for years. Best place to stay. Close to everything. Clean well maintained and wonderful staff. The beds were so comfortable. Didn't find anything to dislike.
