Superb location, next block from the central and metro station. Friendly staffs. No lift on the ground floor (due to renovation)

I liked the decorations of the room and that you can open the windows, that’s not very common in hotel rooms, I also liked the backyard in the hotel, it was a very nice area. After a long day touring in the city with a lot of heat I didn’t like returning to the hotel because there was no air conditioning in the room, so it was worse than in the outside, I didn’t like that the rooms are ridiculously tiny you can’t even walk around without tripping with luggage. I didn’t like the bathroom of the room, so ridiculously tiny that when you sit in the toilet you can rest your head in the sink.

Breakfast was excellent. We liked the many choices. Wish there was more gluten free options

Got reservation on short notice. Nice welcome for check in. Clean room. Great breakfast. Liked it so much, we stayed another three nights. Room was small, - width was just slightly wider than bed.

I love this easy and comfy hotel. I am a repeat costumer.

Room facilities & all decoration in the hotel

The room had No location to place or open luggage except the bed that was very low to the ground. The room was not supplied correctly with clean towels for two people. The pillows were so small a child would have been uncomfortable staying in this bed. The room was so small we could barely walk around the bed without hitting the walls. No refrigerator, safe, dresser or drawers, closet or hangers, and a tv which was so small and they did not provide even local cable to watch. We made the mistake of paying for the breakfast the following day, the amount was too much for the food that was provided, and we feel there were some health issues with food being left out which caused some nausea and stomach issues while we traveled. The room had clothing and items to purchase hanging on the wall. If I wanted to purchase something I would go to a gift shop. You should set the rooms up so we can be comfortable while traveling. I can't believe we paid that much for a room with so little inside the room. The photos were misleading on their booking website page. How about a closet or a table to use while in the room! We traveled for 3 weeks, and we stayed in numerous hotels across Europe. Probably one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in.

The room smells very bad and not clean. We won’t stay there anymore.

Nowhere to open the luggages

Just a few blocks from the train station. Felt safe. Fabulous breakfast. Very nice and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable. Our room faced the inner courtyard. Despite propensity for night activity in the area, we slept with window open and the only noise was from some early morning birds. The building we stayed in may not be for you if full accessibility needed. Had 6-7 steps to get to the elevator.

Location was perfect. The staff was always smiling and helpful. The shower wasn't very good. Water was leaking everywhere.

One negative aspect of my stay was that there were no room slippers provided in the hotel room, which was inconvenient and below the level of comfort I expected.

Top service and best bed I ever slept on!! I'm coming back!

Renovated property Couldn’t use the TV

Reception was extremely helpful as they could check me into my room at 11am already. Breakfast is exceptionally good with fresh ingredients.
