The breakfast was adequate, pretty much a standard breakfast. The location was pretty good, at the edge of the main tourist area. The staff were very pleasant and competent. My mother in law reported that upon first entering her room, she found a damp towel on the desk. I also didn't like the bathroom. I understand it's a usual Danish system, with shower curtain and no other barrier between the shower and the rest of the bathroom, but the water gets everywhere. Maybe it would work in a bigger bathroom but not here. The queen sized room was also very small.

The breakfast was excellent. The room was so small there was no place to unpack your luggage or to put it. We had to block the door with our suitcases in order to move around the room, and we would have perished if there was ever a fire cause we would not have been able to get out in time. The air conditioning did not work and we opened up the windows to sleep at night and the city noise kept us up. The shower was not contained, and wet the entire bathroom in spite of the minimal curtain that was given to us. A couple of simple amenities would have helped a long way. Such as putting some shelving and hooks on the walls. There was not even a place to hang a wet towel or put your toiletries.

Too expensive for the comfort offered. The hotel is in an old building and the rooms have not been recently fully renovated.

Overall good hotel to stay short visit to Copenhagen Staff member at the bar was so rude. She talked rudely at the gest and said the bar was closed long before it should have closed and only sold people that she knew at the bar but refused to sell other people!

The staff were incredibly nice and helpful!!! The location was amazing. I would highly recommend this place. The bathroom and bed were a little uncomfortable, but the positives outweighed these points!

Proximity to the train station and to the downtown area. It's an older property but it's well kept.

Rooms are old. Paint from the wood was worn off.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Location excellent. The hotel looks a bit tired from the inside. The hall on floor one needs a definite facelift. Our room had black marks on the floor. Bathroom was clean. Bed very comfortable.

Location is very good if you travel by train. Staff is helpful and nice. The lighting in the room was very sparse and even out of order. Nowhere to hang clothes. Very crammed space around the bed. Just extremely small, tight and dysfunctional room. The breakfast was 3 out of 5.
