Location of the hotel is really good and thr breakfast is also really good.

It was quite old. The room was not big enough for 3 adults and there was no air conditioning, no refrigerator not even a water boiler for tea and coffee. We always had a good experience with this chain of hotels so we were a bit disappointed. Hotel rooms are quite expensive in Copenhagen and this one was also expensive, in some other country we should have paid half the price for this room.

- location close to copenhagen central station (kobenhavn H, both train and metro - direct train line 20mins to airport), once one knows the way, only 5mins walk with elevator access - staff, especially those in the restaurant were very hard working - the bathroom was large, clean and bright, shower cubicle was comfortable. bathroom floor remained dry after shower (unlike some other reviews here) - proper bed was comfortable, but the sofa bed wasn't that good - high ceiling in the room, made it more comfortable - lots of restaurants nearby, easy access to supermarket - nice lounge and public bathroom for customers overall not bad, but definitely overpriced compared to the other places we stayed at during our trip; this is likely a reflection of copenhagen in general though (this hotel's price is already 'reasonable' compared to others on booking.com) - breakfast was ok, but slightly disappointed as the variety of options wasn't as diverse as the other places we stayed at. was also quite busy on most mornings, had to line up for a table on weekend (likely reflection of how busy this hotel is as the restaurant wasn't tiny) - room size was decent, but the arrangement of furniture (and size) made it look small - no air-con, which in itself is not an issue given it's still quite cool in june; but the implication is windows need to be opened to maintain ventilation. this can be a problem when raining; plus our room was on the lower floor, safety and security is a concern (neighborhood was fine though, despite a strip club next door) - no fridge in the room

Excellent location, friendly staff, clean room. Very quite, Close to public transportations Breakfast lacks a lot of things. Basically no fruits except for sugary canned apricots, no fruit salad. Cereals limited to two very niche types, gluten-free, but not the kind of stuff other hotels provide. No fruit flavored yoghurts (you know, strawberry joghurt and so on). Only filter coffee - espresso, capucchino has to be organized yourself from the hotel desk (not even by staff !) - and paid extra. four different marmelades, but not labeled, so you have to take a guess what you'll get (not ideal for those with allergies). Tables remain empty, not ready for breakfast, you have to get plates, forks, spoons, knives yourself instead finding the table ready to use. Bed in single room is too narrow, or at least at the very low limit of width. No fridge, no mini-bar

The bed was too soft for me, bought a sleeping pad to improve comfort.

the room was a bit cramped for a family of three. The breakfast could be offer different varieties for everyday since it was boring after a couple of days

The hotel was close to the central railway station. The breakfast was exceptional. The hotel is adjacent to a strip club. Our taxi driver advised us not to walk around the area at night. The room was extremely hot, with no air-conditioning available - only heating. We could not keep a window open at night due to the noise in the street. The mattresses were too soft for my liking
