Very good location close to Copenhagen main station. Room had en-suite facilities. There was also a kitchen for self-catering. Very good value for money. Maybe the dorm was very cramped with hardly any room between the beds.

Location, cleanliness, & rate. No air conditioner even during summer.

It was an excellent choice due to the service and location; although the rooms were small and cramped, we managed fine. It was close to all the attractions in Copenhagen.

Staff wasn't really professional. The room was okay

Location No double bed, they converted 2 single beds to one double. It was uncomfortable to sleep as couple. No seperate shower and it was very very small and a pillar in the middle of the shower area. Noise. Apperantly walls are so thin or made from wood, if someone else walks from the hallway you feel in your room and ofcourse hear everything.

Great social areas, good coffee, rooms were spacious. Nothing

  • Engine customer Jul 2026

It has no air conditioner. The room was a bit hot.

Was expecting a single bunk, but was given a double bed to share. Not catastrophic, since we could still push the beds apart easily, but still good to know.

Felt overpriced for what it was. It was a basic room but still cost nearly 300 dollars.

Location was perfect and close to many attractions, especially Tivoli Gardens. The breakfast was great, though crowded, and the staff was wonderful. The lodging was as expected and a good value.

Room was separate from the main building which was great. Breakfast was also great. Price was most pleasing for a family of 4 kids with 2 adults. MOST IMPORTANTLY: Two of your staff members really stood out our entire time we were there. Their names are: Enis and Bruno! Everytime me or omne of my family memebers needed assistance they were super polite fast and effiecient with help. They made our stay even more enjoyable and we wanted to personally thank them.

Great location. Great staff. Plenty of common areas and places to chill. Although adequate, the rooms were tight. Bed area was sufficient but no real storage for suitcases. Could also use a few hooks in the rooms. But again, it was a really good place to stay for a few days.

I would have liked the room and bathrooml to be cleaner. It was quite noisy outside at night. The lockers and luggage storage are available for an extra charge.

I was in room 245, which turned out to be all the way at the end of a very, very long hall from the elevator, but this meant the room was very quiet with no hall noise. The room was pretty spacious, the bed firm in a comfortable way. The window looked out to a (truly, I mean it!) attractive brick wall across the alley, which gave me total privacy as I kept the window open for fresh air and light. (You're going to get light, and that until very late, in the summer: the curtains aren't blackout.) Plenty of European outlets by the bed; wifi worked well. Breakfast was simple but wholesome and filling. Very fast to get to on the train from and to the airport, and so walkable to everywhere. I heard some good live music being played in the breakfast/bar area while passing by. I think the room was good value for money in this expensive city. Well, it was quite a long walk to and from the elevator, up and down ramps, and all the staircases nearer the room were emergency only. Shower controls were not obvious. Though the room was otherwise immaculate there was a rim of mold around the tub top. Would appreciate a fridge--very, very long walk to the communal one on the ground floor!

    Well, everything was so great.

Like the fact that it was central and it’s had a nice lobby and the rooms were good and the bed was fine I didn’t like that the staff seems stressed and they were not very hospitable

Location close to the central station and minimart. Nothing

This place is a 2min walk from the train station and buses. Prime location fir checking out fun stuff in the downtown area and Tivoli Gardens. It’s no frills - no mini fridge or in room coffee but meets basic needs with comfy beds and a private bathroom. Not the fault of the hotel but at 0430 - the delivery trucks on the start clanging - and the windows do little to muffle the noise. They are LOUD. The hotel bar is very expensive, but so is Copenhagen. We learned quickly to go to the 7-11 around the corner of the building to get affordable pastries and coffees to save a few DKK.

Nothing - all really good! I was impressed with the hostel/ hotel.

Can be noisy during the night from cars and people on the street.
