Breakfast excellent Since it is located in the central station area, it was noisy but was provided with ear plugs and slept well, very convenient location Elevator did not work when we were checking out so brought the bags down the steps from the 3rd floor

Charming, convenient, clean, great breakfast! Period hotel with lots of history and ambiance. Staff were very nice, rooms were comfortable. So easy to get around Copenhagen next door to Central Station! Would have liked bath mat, facial tissues and waste basket in bathroom:-)0

My single room was very small and faced railway tracks. Lots of noise from from trains.

Convenient Location and friendly staff. If you go to breakfast early it is better than what is served in the US at Hotels. Noise from the Train Station and the shower. The shower it is hard not to get water from going all over the bathroom.

It's in a convenient location right across from the main train station. It's close walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops and the center of town. The breakfasts were great There was a little noise from the trains but it really isn't bad at all.

Location. Bed. No safe, no A/C

The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and the architecture of the building is incredible. No AC - I know... curse of the American. But it was in the 80s and the rooms were HOT. They do provide Fans, but if it was feasible to get AC, it would be gratefully appreciated.

The staff , the location . The mattresses and the pillows are so comfortable.

The hotel was very conveniently located. The staff was very friendly and helpful… five stars! The breakfast was wonderful as well. The hotel has a cozy “living room like” lobby area that was used in the evenings. The room had no AC and it was really hot. Our room had a patio, which had rickety, broken furniture, no shade and wasn’t usable. Our room had an ant invasion that started from the patio door. The staff sprayed which only partially addressed the problem. Our room never received housekeeping services for the first 3 nights and we only received it the day before we left due to the ants.

The location is great; you are close to downtown and right next to the train station, making it easy to get to the airport. The staff is kind, and the breakfast was wonderful. Noisy and the room lacks aesthetic appeal because it is in an old building.

They had well kept rooms. They served a great daily breakfast. Hotel is located just steps way from the Copenhagen central station and Tivoli Gardens. Very close to activities and shopping. Room were a little on the small side for Americans. There is no air conditioning like many older European hotels.

Breakfast was decent Nothing it’s a dump

Close to attractions in downtown Copenhagen Very dated but it is an old hotel The front desk girl was not helpful and was almost rude. It may have been the language barrier but she never once smiled. The hotel said just ask us for restaurant recommendations but when I asked her she just pointed out the door and I said “Oh I should just wander around “ and she said yes. Not very welcoming

The location by the train station was so convenient. If you are looking for something with a historical bent and close to the city centre, this is good. I don’t know if I was expecting it to be quite so old but it is clean and once I adjusted to it, I appreciated the history with train conductors and so on.

Older, historic hotel. Nice, clean but needs an update. Breakfaat was excellent! Rooms are small, bathrooms too. No bathmat! Soap was almostcempty, we had to ask for refill! Bed was against wall, hard for 2nd person to crawl in
