Location was really the only great thing about the property. No water heating pot for coffee/tea in room (although they had the instant packets!). No phone in the room to contact front desk for a remedy and I was too tired to go down 5 flights to report the problem. Also, they use these tacky wall-attached soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers that are difficult to use (the contexts drool down the sides of the containers!). They must be a lot cheaper than having little samplers to use which are MUCH easier to use and usually offer better fragrances.

Location, cool older hotel Our pull out couch was super squeaky, not sure if it was broken or just squeaky

Location!! Very clean and comfortable for the hotel located in an old building. 100 years old elevator takes you back to the beginning of the 20th century… very good breakfast

The single room was so small that I barely could fit my luggages in the room. There was no telephone in the room. I couldn’t call the staff if there was any issue. Case in point, my water kettle didn’t work. When I wanted to have coffee in the morning, I couldn’t boil water and there was no way I would go to the lobby wearing pajamas. Therefore, I had to give up having coffee. No telephone in the room. Water kettle didn’t work. There was no bath tub so water spilled over to the floor after shower.

Great location - 50m from train station and 50m from Tivoli Gardens. Plenty big room and bathroom (with heated floor!) Very comfortable bed. Breakfast was quite adequate with plenty of options. Maybe a second elevator?

I liked the amenities in the room and view to the Tivoli gardens and the proximity to the Copenhagen Central station. I also liked the interior design of the hotel and the comfortable bed. There's also air conditionning in the room which is always welcome in summer. The curtains fell when I tried to close them but were repaired promptly. Also, noone replied at the reception when I tried to call.

Location - next door to the train station. Nothing

The housekeeping. They only tide up the beds, put new towels. No dusting. No change of bed sheets. I dont think they do any cleaning. It was extremely bad. For example, it took 2 days until they refilled soap, good I had my own. Also if your missing anything, you have to go down the reception, no direct phone, that was annoying. Otherwise I would have rated this hotel 10.

Passed its prime. Could use re-carpeting—a little dirty. I get that it is old, but this seemed run down. Room had great view of Tivoli entrance but was very loud at night.

It was difficult to figure out how to turn the lights on or off and some of our electrical outlets didn't work. Probably user error but it didn't impact our trip as we were able to still charge our devices

Location was great. Character of the hotel and nostalgia was fun. Breakfast was delightful with so many choices - even a few gluten free items. Staff was always very helpful. There wasn’t any counter space in the bathroom. A little noisy on the street at night but that’s what happens when you stay in the city so not a huge deal. Plus they provide ear plugs if needed.

The building was very well preserved and restored but it was and old building and near the train station :) this is a very good thing but it was shaking a little when a big train passes. Also there was a continuing sound like coming from water pipes. But it doesnt affect me to fall asleep so i didnt mention about it. May be they would have changed our room if i had asked.

Clean room, very tasty food, but there is no refrigerator in the room.

Very centrally located & convenient for commutation. Breakfast was simple but to our needs. Our rooms were upgraded to Superior ones from the standard one which was very rewarding. Thanks for that.

Restaurant staff made eating inthe Restaurant not enjoyable. The food was ok. No phone in the room. Hard to communicate with the front desk.Sad how one staff person can ruin a stay.
