The accommodation is close to a metro station, so all the attractions are within easy reach. The accommodation was in the attic on the fifth level, but the elevator only goes up to the fourth level.

The room and the bathroom were clean. The room also had a fan, which was necessary for the summer heat in Paris. We were offered a free spa, which included a sauna and a jacuzzi. The car parking was convenient, with secure parking nearby. The metro was just around the corner, less than a minute's walk. The breakfast was very good. Nothing

Garden was nice. The air conditioning stopped working during my stay for a whole day. Things can happen. It’s a small, somewhat cozy hotel. What was unacceptable was that I came back from a day out and my hotel room door was wide open with no one minding it. I have no idea how long it was left open. The woman at the front desk mentioned needing to fix the air conditioning which is fine, but offered no apologies for these unsafe conditions. The rooms have no safe for valuables.

Nothing, only close to the train station. Extremely disappointing stay. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. The room was much smaller than expected and, incredibly, had no mirror in either the bedroom or bathroom. After raising this with reception, I was initially told I would be moved to a suite the following day, only for another member of staff to deny this and offer a different room instead. Throughout my stay, staff were inconsistent, dismissive and unprofessional. My friend paid the required city tax on arrival, but when she returned later in the week, staff claimed there was no record of it and demanded payment again. My room key was also deactivated without explanation, leaving me locked out of my room. When I asked for assistance, I was kept waiting for around 30 minutes while staff ignored me instead of resolving the issue. The situation escalated further when staff became confrontational over visitors helping with luggage, threatened to call the police, and left us waiting outside the hotel early in the morning without any reasonable explanation or assistance. I repeatedly asked to speak with a manager and requested to cancel my stay because I no longer felt comfortable remaining at the hotel, but staff refused to assist and simply told me to contact Booking.com. The standard of customer service was unacceptable. The lack of professionalism, poor communication and hostile attitude from multiple members of staff completely overshadowed my trip. I have submitted a formal complaint to Booking.com together with supporting evidence and have requested a full refund. I would not recommend staying here.

it had good air conditioning we didn’t have any hot water. But when we told the staff it was fixed. But i didn’t like how there no door separating the room.

The staff were all so friendly and kind! They really appreciate it if you try to speak french. I was impressed with their english! They couldn't accommodate us for our arrival time, which we didn't expect but they upgraded our room. We were so appreciative of this. We stayed in their suite and it felt like a cute, comfy apartment. The only downside is there wasn't a fridge, but it wasn't a big deal for us. I would recommend this place because of the friendly staff! The rooms are very nice as well! Missing a fridge.
