It is close to metro station Every day we have different issues. First day, air conditioner was not working, Second day, the staff did not fill the body wash and they took our towerls and they did not replace it for new ones. And the third day, the key access did not open our room. Recepcionist staff did not communicate well in english

Everything was good! Staff was so polite and helpful! Room was small but pretty comfortable for 2 person! Quit and pretty district, metro in 5 minute walk from hotel and bus for 1 minute walk. Over all our stay was good. Definitely will return for next trip in paris)) The door for bathroom wasn’t work properly

Our stay began with a very frustrating experience. After check-in, we found our room was not ready. Reception told us it was the “best room in the hotel” and asked for 30 minutes to prepare it. I informed them we’d go for lunch and return in an hour, giving them plenty of time. We came back after 2.5 hours, took the room key, and were shocked to find the room still not ready. After complaining, they gave us a different room — but it had the smallest bathroom I’ve ever seen. They apologized and offered a free breakfast as compensation. The hotel seems to suffer from very poor management. Multiple reception staff were often standing around talking rather than helping guests. I chose this hotel because of the Ibis brand but was left very disappointed. On a positive note, the receptionist who handled our checkout was professional, friendly, and left a much better impression.

This is my fourth time staying at this hotel and the quality of service and the rooms have not changed. This hotel has it all - convenience to a metro station, the excellent customer service, and the comfortable rooms. As a solo traveller, the size of the room is perfect for me. This time around, I stayed in a room facing the courtyard and so even if I opened the windows at night, there was no noise disturbance. You have the option to leave your luggage after check out if you still have time to wander around Paris. Special thanks to Al, who was manning the reception - kind and all smiles, just like Sabrina and Nafa.

It was easy to get to and from the centre of Paris. It was really close to the metro. The room was clean, bed was comfy. It was also located to many food locations around the area. It lacked basic needs, for example there was no kettle at all so nowhere to get hot water unless you paid for breakfast. Even though the lobby had tea bags it made no sense for them to not have an option for hot water anywhere. On check out day, the cleaners were eager to try and get into my room at 8am. I understand they want to get the room cleaned by checkout wasn’t until almost 11 or even after 11 I believe so not sure why they wanted to wake us all up.

The shower wasn’t working properly in our room. So staff suggested us to move room and the same happened in the other room.
